First time and I enjoyed it. It is quiet lunch time, as it is tucked away off a small lane (soi) off the main Soi 11. I imagine busier at night. The staff were friendly, polite and very nice. Perfectly comfortable surroundings. We had the Dover Sole in a creamy sauce and it was delicious. We asked for extra bread... More

Very nice and simple french food ! I am coming from south west of france where we produxe roasted duck, and i can say that here, it was well cooked and tasty ! The prices are still less than europe 450-550 bths for a nice plate ! Have to try before nana shut down at the end of march !

A typical Bistro Parisien in heart of town.Exterior look disappointed. But inside look really impressive, with the atmosphere of last century of French Cafe Bistro. The menu written on black board, the old pictures, the bar with plenty of spirit and wine and the active waitresses with berets makes a feeling of typical French service.Menu has a variety of Old French Dishes from Appertizers through... We went there for lunch. We were the only customers which was a bit sad. In fact the whole area was sad as it is soon to be redeveloped into yet another high rise condo or hotel. The first course tasted a bit off, so we sent it back. Main course was good. The staff were very obliging and friendly,... More

This restaurant was a great experience and the staff was super friendly and quick. I liked the way the snails were prepared, but I am not sure how fresh they were. The pasta (with cream, salmon and tomatoes) was delicious, probably the best I tried since a while, it was perfectly seasoned, creamy and well filled. On top of everything... More

The food was good tasting and well priced. The snailes were a bit old in my opinion. The salmon pasta was great. The french toast was the best what I have ever tried, whish i would know the recipe. The service was kind and attentive.

With even the Thai waitresses wearing berets, it was easy to think I was in Paris rather than sweltering Bangkok. The French owner has certainly captured the bistro atmosphere of his native country. My dining partner and I enjoyed the food, which was nicely prepared and reasonably priced. We shared a platter of cold meats and cheeses and two salads... More

It was my fourth visit. I had the pan fried duck liver again for a starter and the lamb chops special for main course. Both great. Great ambience. Great staff. Why not more people in here. Thai waitresses try to pronounce French dishes - very amusing. I will be back again.

The set lunches are a great price around 300 baht. The steak tartare at 500 baht is the best i ate in Bangkok even compared to those costing over 1600 baht. The service is homey and friendly not stuck up at all. It's a great decent french bistro. The duck confit was also fantastic! The escargo arrived hot and buttery... More

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighbourhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
