This was my third visit at Sra Bua but had not been back for two years. My girlfriend and I were given an a really warm welcome back by all the floor staff. Superb food. If you do the tasting menu, come hungry! And one of the most beautiful dining rooms in Bangkok

We had the 1500THB 4-courses set lunch, with wagyu beef salad, lobster salad in frozen red curry, quail in coconut milk, banana cake/pandan ice cream, and petit fours with tea. Portions looked small but we were full at the end of the meal. I wouldn't say that the food was particularly expensive but so much thought had gone into the... More

We had eaten in a number of authentic Thai restaurants anf for out last night wanted to try something special and different. The Sra Bua filled all the requirements..very modern Thai..good service..and most important flavoursome food with a number of surprises. We had the a la carte menu and thoroughly enjoyed all. Some will think the cuisine its a bridge... More

We were looking for a special place to have dinner and after reading tens of reviews for different places we decided to try Sra Bua. The place looks wonderful! We went for the a-la-carte menu, which was more than enough together with the complimentary amouse bouches and appetizers, and trust me, we like to eat. This was by far the... More

We had a terrific experience at Sra Bua and can highly recommend it! The food tasted great and most dishes had a unique presentation. Staff was friendly and helpful. In my opinion this is the best Thai food I have had in Bangkok - better than Nahm and Issaya (Gaggan is still my favorite:)). The food is based on classical... More

Let me start by saying I wanted so much to get blown away by an evening at the aclaimed Michelin restaurant, unfortunately my expectations were shattered! Numerous friends who have eatin here in the past said it's a must do, I love fine dining and being fortunate to have Chicago as my home town, been to many other highly rated... More

I have been told that this restaurant is a must to try! Therefore, I tried to celebrate the birthday there. All the dishes were very tasty and well-presented. We felt that we were not just eat to fill up the stomach but experience the story of each dishes. Every single dish impressed me a lot!!! The date I went was... More

Almost all dishes I could have done without, service took 4 hours start to finish, 2 courses we requested changes which did not come. For the area way better options at a FRACTION of the cost. From start to finish was disappointed. Service does not match Michelin rated restaurant, dishes not explained well, coursing not staggered right

I could write several paragraphs on how great this restaurant experience is but I serve you better by saying if you're in Bangkok or arriving soon: just book...you will not be disappointed. Great food, beautiful setting in the Kempinski Hotel, awesome dinner presentation and amazing service by Natty and her team. I hoped you booked because I've already booked my... More
