Bought a discount coupon from Line Shopping which included drinks (water, soft drink, coffee and tea)
All staff are very responsive and enthusiastic. I can sit and relax there all day with the view of the river and live jazz music.
There are wide range of buffet line and I can’t believe they are mostly spectacular. The Foie gras is good, oysters has 2 different source to try, variety of cheeses and expensive cold cuts, Chinese suckling pick is delicious but the beef is bad though. I love the desserts station here. The fresh berries and fresh cream on macaron is driving me crazy.
Lastly, I’m so into this place and if there are good deals available, I’d like to take my whole family there🤍

We were at last years Flow New Years Eve buffet which was amazing. Given that it was so good we had some reservations that it would be difficult for this year to meet the same standard. How pleased we were that this year not only met the same standard, it exceeded it. We had no idea it would be so imaginative from every aspect. The decor was brilliant, the entertainment phenomenal and the music excellent. But the food.... there were so many different dishes to choose from and all were utterly delicious. The wine was exceptional, The service was very good, the fireworks were mesmerising. Highly recommend.

We ate two breakfasts and two dinners at Flow Restaurant. We were impressed at the variety of food and how smoothly everything worked during breakfast hours. We had a choice of eating breakfast in the Executive Lounge or Flow, and we chose Flow.. Our first dinner was so delicious that we came back on the second day of our stay. The waitress, Tai, was especially helpful when we had trouble ordering the right dish. We especially liked the teriyaki salmon. We ate dinner early and had our choice of tables, so we sat by the river in front of the lotus pool. As the evening breeze came up, it became an ideal setting for a delicious meal. The mango sticky rice is unusually good because the chunks of mango are large and juicy. We feel Flow Restaurant is an excellent value for breakfast, and especially excellent for an early dinner.

Good atmosphere, good service staff
Food items are not interesting. Chefs can't use cheap ingredients to make delicious and interesting dishes.
The food that comes out is not suitable for this famous hotel.

Wr are currently staying at this hotel until end of this week.
We were provided daily complimentary breakfast buffet for two adults while we paid 471 baht a 3rd adult. We have complimentary privileged since we booked an executive room; however, I also have Hilton Honors Diamond status, which offers free breakfast as well.
Food quality and selections are adequate. However, the service at Flow is inadequate and inconsistent. For instance, while seated outside yesterday with a nice view of the river, we were completely ignored by one of the male wait staff. We’ve requested cappuccinos and iced tea 3X in a span of an hour. We were told by this particular staff that he was extremely busy and he will served us when he gets a chance, yet he proceeded to clean tables and offer drinks to the guests around us, which were Europeans. Clearly, it was so blatant that this staff prefers serving European descendants and ignoring Asian guests. Unfortunately, the inadequate service continued even as we flagged one of the male hosts. He proceeded to talk to this particular staff; however, 15 minutes later, we still have no drinks. I went ahead and flagged one of the wait staff inside the restaurants, by the coffee machines, and he was kind enough to make and bring us our drinks.
Clearly, management needs to train their wait staff to improve their customer service and treat all their guests fairly, no matter the color of their skin.

The concept of ‘Brunch on the River’ is vey impressive! Starts at ThreeSixty Lounge that offers beautiful view of Chao Phraya followed by delicious meal at FLOW restaurant then into desserts counter at the Lantern. Great service and lovely jazz music. Just surpised that water is not part of the open bar. Overall, we are satisfied of the experience.

I've been to the buffet several times on weekends. They come to your table to cook and serve you, and you can also buy discount vouchers on LINE, so it's great value for money. All the staff, including Ms. ANNJEE, are friendly, and it's one of the restaurants I want to go back to.

We really enjoy the tastes of food, the unique architecture, and well trained staffs. Here, you can enjoy the Lobster’s soup, which I recommend you guys should try. Also, sirloin steak which is juicy and smell so great. I also love the Japanese line here, sashimi included Hamachi, Salmon, Squid, Saba, and Hokkigai which is very rare that you can have it in other hotel buffet. Seafood is few options but all are fresh. And I recommend the dessert section, here is more 20 selections and you can enjoy high quality of macaroon, cheesecake, and mango sticky rice. Environment here make me feel relaxed and comfortable. There has outside closed by the river and inside. Staffs are lovely and well trained. We will back again, in very soon.

Koi greeted us at the grand entrance and escorted us to our reserved table. She had already brought the shredded wheat, bananas and skim milk, which makes my cardiologist delighted and me happy. Koi’s hospitality and warm greetings make breakfast delightful.

Please bring back Christmas evening smorgasbord.
We have been coming to Bangkok every year [apart from covid years] to celebrate Christmas with family who live there.
Our family tradition is to have a Christmas day evening meal.
Last year [2023] I reached out to the hotel as I always do to book only to hear of the news you are not doing an evening/dinner time buffet meal, which then forced us to another restaurant on Christmas day.
Your smorgasbord, which my father loves is the best. Please bring it back for Christmas 2024 so we can dine for our evening meal with you 🙏

We are a family of six and decided to have Sunday Brunch at Flow. We stayed at the Millennium Hilton for two nights and reviewed our hotel stay in a separate post. The brunch cost 1,400 baht ($41) per person.
(Full price = 2,200 baht per person)
Hours: 12pm to 3pm
Food:
There were plenty of options, but we were mainly interested in the seafood section of the buffet. I was impressed with the quality of the seafood selections. They offered Alaskan king crab legs, snow crabs, mussels, oysters, shrimp, and snails. Everything seemed fresh, well-cooked, and flavorful.
In addition to seafood, there was Chinese food, various meats, duck, and salmon (my favorite—cooked to perfection!). The sushi and sashimi section was also impressive. My family tried everything. The dessert section was excellent as well, but I didn’t eat much of it since I was already full from indulging in crabs.
Atmosphere:
The restaurant offers the best view of the Chao Phraya River. Guests have the option to sit either indoors or outdoors. I chose to sit inside because it was quite hot outside. The restaurant also features a live band that serenades diners during their meal.
Service:
The staff were wonderful—always smiling and clearing tables promptly. They frequently checked in to see if we needed anything. One of our family members is paralyzed and uses a wheelchair, and the staff provided exceptional service, assisting us with transferring her down the stairs.

This was one of the best breakfast buffets I've ever experienced in my life in a hotel. We were overwhelmed with the size and aesthetics of this restaurant which offered an amazing view of the River. Our room did not include breakfast but I'm so relieved we opted for the breakfast buffet which was expensive (1,000 Thb for 2). There were so many healthy breakfast options available and the service was superb. I highly recommend anyone choosing to have the buffet breakfast at this hotel.

The buffet is exceptional. Cooked to order eggs and flexible for dietary restrictions (egg white omelets, no oil, etc). The service is outstanding. The view of the river and the ambiance of the restaurant is worth the visit. But the bakery under the able direction of URS is without peer. Highly recommend!

I came here by myself for a late lunch and saw that the river deck is under renovation. I got ravioli with two sides, which was good. But I noticed that the walnuts on top of the pasta smelled bad, which the chef said was normal. I really respect how helpful Khun Oat's (male staff) service is.
The building work outside was very loud, and it went on while I ate lunch. If you want peace or are planning an special event, you might need to skip this time until everything is done.

Our first time here. Although we used OpenTable for reservations, the restaurant was nrarly empty on a Sunday evening. Warm, professional welcome from the hostess. Staff members were all friendly and punctual. Food was excellent. Atmosphere and view from the outside terrace was wonderful.
