This restaurant was good. Can't say it wasn't. But expensive if you compare it with other restaurants around that serve the same kind of dish. The food taste good and the fact the chef puts flowers on every plate is a great touch of creativity. I didn't liked it that some of the staff did not speak English and it... More

The restaurant environment is inviting and pleasant, service is up to mark and most importantly the food was high standard, highly recommended.

This place looks good and offers a great range of Thai food but sadly I got sick afterwards. I enjoyed everything I had, my girlfriend had an interesting seafood soup, of which I had one mussel and I think that is what set me off, but I can not be sure, you always have to be careful with seafood. Nice... More

Just on the off chance we decided to eat here, we just walked in without making a prior reservation. We chose traditional Thai food, Tom Yam soup and mixed stir fried vegetables, and a salad and rice. The service was prompt and attentive. There seemed to be quite a few expats who were on work do's..... must be ok then.... More

Chilli Culture is a great place to eat. They have a vegetarian menu. Service is quick and the food was delicious. The Pad Thai is to die for. Very cheap too. Highly recommend Chilli Culture. Will be back next year.

Great place for lunch. Had their Green Papaya Salad and the Chicken in Pandan Leaf; both were great with just the right amount of spiciness.

We fancied a Massaman curry so thought this place should be able to deliver, even though it was nothing special in terms of ambiance. The curry was ok and the service acceptable. A small Singha beer was 150 Baht before tax and service which made it the most expensive beer we had in 5 weeks of touring Thailand.

The food by all means, for an Indian guy like was just perfect. Food was quite yummy and delightful. Avoid the desserts though, if you are not a Thai national.

Love the sago dumpling win peanuts. Order he Massaman curry enriched with coconut milk and peanuts. A bit disappointed with the chestnut dessert. Overall i recommend this thai restaurant around Soi 11..

No smiles, and antagonistic towards foreigners. This restaurant straight up told us that foreigners were dirty and not welcome here late at night. I was shocked because this place is on Soi 11, but I guess they are making a point that this place doesn't need Western businesses. They sure lost ours!

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighbourhood Profile
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
