Being a take away place which is fairly popular, one would have expected a long wait but surprisingly, they are fast and fairly efficient. The meals are good and up to standard. The service is always with a smile such that if for whatever reason you have to wait longer, it is bearable.

The Steers in Lilongwe can compare with any back in S/Africa. They made some very good burgers and their chips was better than anything I had in Lilongwe.

Until recently there were few places in Lilongwe where you could get a hamburger and fries. Steers was one of the first, and still one of our favorites. When on the north or west side of the city it is a good place for a quick meal.

I ate here on one my visits to Lilongwe and wanted to combine lunch with business and it served the purpose perfectly and the service was not too bad and the food good.

Food was good, Salad not up to the mark, Steak was well cooked Burger was nicely done, a bit too much cooked. Felt like a bit more junkier than KFC or MC donalds burgers

having been there a couple of times, am inclined to believe its one of those best take aways. However you dont expect the same standards as other steers elsewhere. Rather pricey hence attracts a particular group. Could do better

If you think Mc Donald's is bad, you've never eaten at Steers. Think Mc Donald's regular hamburger, but only about 2/3 the size. The fries are pretty good and so is the ice-cream. You can get chocolate or butterscotch dipped cones, which are very good. Stop in for a quick snack, but don't plan on calling it dinner.

Turned up at the one behind the Petrol Station near Ryalls in Blantyre, ordered for a chicken pizza. I cant describe it, but force ate a small piece to keep my intestines occupied overnight. I had to add mint gum to kill off the things that lingered in my mouth afterwards

I did not have high expectations when I went out looking for a quick bite in Lilongwe so I was positively surprised to find this place at crossroads. This is not only a take away as you can sit inside or outside depending on your choice. Service is quite efficient, I had my burger and fries in no time.
