This restaurant may be small but provides excellent food. They offer an international menu but the dishes are beautifully prepared and very good value. The wine is also good value for Morocco.

We enjoyed eating at Amaia after spending a few days in Medina (old city) - a modern restaurant with a terrific menu, wine list, and good service. Also, a short walk from the main plaza in Gueliz with shopping and other cafes.

I had a sea bass tartar for starter which was fantastic. Main course - the beef fillet - was really tender and juicy served with nice vegetables. Chocolate fondant tasted really good, too. The staff was really nice and caring.
