We went here for dinner and few drinks. I had a delicious steak, and my partner was also delighted with her duck. The chicken spring rolls are to die for! It was also good value for money as the portion sizes are very large. Where it lost some points was on the service. Unfortunately, we did have the bad timing... More

I came here with my wife and baby. The restaurant is quite small but very well decorated, we were seated promptly and our order was taken quickly. We ordered the fish cake starter and shared it between two of us, the size was decent and was very tasty - i would definitely recommend this. The mains arrived shortly after and... More

Absolutely loved this restaurant in the trendy "new" town part of Marrakech. Great, friendly service and delicious food. Best food that we had whilst on Holiday in Marrakech. Ordered the lamb shoulder as a main and the pear and chocolate tiramisu. Was delicious. My wife ordered the spinach ravioli and lemon tart dessert and thoroughly enjoyed it. Cocktails were also... I decided to walk back from the station to my apartment in the Medina, otherwise I wouldn't have stumbled across Amaia. The yellow frontage was similar to that of many other restaurants in the new town, but the inside looked cosy and inviting - February evenings can be distinctly chilly in Marrakech. And what a nice place it turned out... More

We were a group of eight and enjoyed the varied menu. I had misgivings as the menu seemed to cover many nations' cuisines and I thought it might have been too ambitious. But I need not have been concerned : the owner was a pleasure to meet and looked after us well. A memorable evening - and great food!
