My friends and I were so glad we spent an evening here. The service is excellent and just the ambiance is worth the trip. The architecture and furnishings of the old riad are beautiful. The musicians were very enjoyable and the dancers excellent. The appetizers and desserts served were very good but everyone in my group agreed that the main... More

Went to Lotus as a optional excursion on a group tour of Morocco. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful; ambiance is very nice. When I inquired about the ingredients in the vegetarian selections, I was told conflicting information in the same response. The food was just ok, many of the other people on the tour didn't enjoy it. I had better... More

This is a Restaurant for Tourism, they show you the best they have in the traditional Morocco. First, to get there, you have to be escorted through a small alley inside the Medina, you get welcomed and greeted by a host, hands washed with a fragrant orange blossom scent. The cuisine is traditional with a modern twist and the entertainment... More

We were hear as part of a group travel for dinner and belly dancers. What a magnificent place - beautiful architecture, furnishings and staff. Food was unbelievably good, and whilst we had a limited choice menu, what was offered was excellent. The belly dancers were excellent. But it's not that easy to find but well worth the effort. There is... More

Visited 12th December. When we went to the entrance a large corporate group. We were ushered past and went into the courtyard. No drink offered. Rushed into room on the left. Room itself ok. Obviously could not cope with the 12 odd people in this room due to corporate event. Food late, service hit and miss. Entertainment 3 men playing... More

We had a wonderful set menu meal of Moroccan high end cuisine. Glorious food and service in a resplendent riad setting, coupled with non-intrusive Moroccan music and dancing. A delight. The ladies was somewhat flooded and of limited capacity, but don't let that put you off.

An amazing restaurant. From the entryway festooned with lanterns, to the courtyard with a pool, orange trees and musicians, to the incredible food. We choose the fixed price meal which includes numerous courses and all-you-can-drink wine. And, a belly dancer. Ours was blonde and wore a gold lame costume with cut-outs, which seemed a bit non-traditional. The one disappointment was... More

This was part of an optional activity on a tour. We never would have ventured down the alley on our own. It looks like you're heading nowhere and then you emerge into this wonderful entry with gorgeous lanterns. Then you go down stairs and enter a beautiful courtyard. The first thing that happens, is you wash your hands in a... More
