Skip the chain's and go for it. I just ate the 12oz NY Strip and even though I had sreak sauce on my plate it didn't need it. Delicious also don't forget the try the cheesy corn.

We visited Big Steer for the first time last week. It was wonderful. We had ribeye and filet tips deburgo. Both were perfect. Our salad and warm bread were wonderful as well. Next time I will try to house dressing which I hear is wonderful.
I have eaten there twice so far. Prime rib once and Filet the other time. Prepared exactly as requested and great service. Small place and the décor is quite retro but, it was delicious.
