Had a delicious meal (lunch). Desserts were very good and tasted homemade but I think the bread pudding is a little overrated, I've had better. They have an ice cream machine which made my husband happy. A little pricey at 9.50 for the buffet for lunch, so go hungry to get your money's worth. Drinks are extra.

Everyone waits!!! Even if there are tables available. Doesn't taste Amish!! - if u want Amish at its best go to Logotee in. Or Montgomery, in.. True Amish cooking!! Compare it yourself

One person or a bus load, all are welcome here and can be accommodated as well. Very good buffet style dining as well as being able to order from a full line menu. Yoders make all of their own bakery items as well as having an area to purchase the bakery items too. To facilitate your full Amish experience, Yoders... More

We stopped for lunch at Yoders and were blown away. Our son had eaten there and he insisted we make the short detour to the restaurant - He was right! It's a uniquely Amish experience in every respect, from the gift shop to the servers and the food. The chili was the best my wife and I have EVER had... More

Being originally from the area, I grew up enjoying Amish-style cooking. On a visit to Illinois with my family, we introduced my Texan born and raised husband to it. Now anytime we go to visit family, he absolutely has to have at least one meal at Yoder's Kitchen. The fried chicken is so moist and flavorful! And I love the... More

We decided to lunch here based on the TripAdvisor ratings. We ordered the special, the Yoder burger and soup. The positives: the soup and the service was great and the prices are very reasonable. The negative: the burger was not a burger, but some sort of overly-spiced meat on white bread. It may be an acquired taste, but I have... More

Our family ate dinner here and it was a great experience! We were there on a Friday and got to enjoy the fish, but everything else was wonderful as well and tasted home cooked (so real mashed potatoes, not instant). The different types of desserts were also a treat and this is definitely some place I'd like to visit again!

Don't some of the best home cooked meals in Illinois, if not the Midwest. There buffet has homemade soups, salads, and many main entrees. Some desserts are included, but the homemade pies are worth the extra price!! SEE Y'ALL THERE!!

My wife and I enjoy driving the two and a half hours to Yoders. We love this place. We have never had a bad experience here. As always our waitress was great. She made sure our dining experience was wonderful. We always do the buffet but we seen many yesterday ordering off the menu. We spent some time in the... More

Let me be fare and mention that I'm personally not a fan of buffets. There were 17 in our group. Someone had called ahead for reservations, but this night (a Tuesday) it wouldn't have necessary. The place is clean and the staff were very friendly. Our waitress had a caring attitude and was always willing to help. She came across... More
