The food is good, but the place is really small. We ended up at a table just outside the kitchen. The desserts are plentiful and taste good.

While I had a good meal here, I felt let down given how highly recommended it was. I guess I was just expecting something different. I was hoping to see bakery/dessert items on display but they weren't. I can see why some people love it...More

Every now and then I crave the delicious chicken salad sandwhiches, chips and cookie-brownies that My Just Desserts are known for. Everything on their menu, lunch and desserts are so good. Get here early if you want to eat here as they dont take reservations...More

Seat yourself, casual atmosphere. Always friendly service. Serves a nice variety of soup, salads and sandwiches. For us, it's all about the pie. We have tried numerous options on our visits here. It's so amazing that we drive 45 minutes from our home one way...More

Family friendly, generous portions of home made dishes and fresh baked pies and cobblers. Locally owned for more than 30 years.

Old time atmosphere, comfortable. Made from scratch pies that are delicious, also other desserts. Sandwiches and salads. They sell some items like quilts, etc. Great place downtown Alton.

A wonderful restaurant for a relaxing lunch with friends. The food, especially the chicken salad, and desserts like Mrs. Ledbetter's pie are "to die for!" You will see everyone from office workers to people riding along the bike trails enjoying their lunch break.

Great food and lots of it! Fun lunch time atomsophere. Service was a little slow but that was because it was crowded. Saturdays are almost impossible to get in but worth the wait

Tasty stop off on the way through town. The raspberry rhubarb pie is wonderful. We also enjoyed a nice lunch with soup (average to good) and sandwiches (same). Service was friendly and the atmosphere is pure country with handmade quilts on display and for sale.
