Very friendly couple who own this restaurant. Food was good. I asked for fish which wasn't on the menu but he came back to tell me they could do snapper. Great of them to try to accommodate me but it was only ok. My wife's baleadas was great and huge. Stick to the menu and you won't be disappointed.

This little restaurant is adjacent to the Sandy Bay School right on the beach. It is owned by a nice couple named Mary and Nestor. I probably ate here 5 times during my one month stay as it was just a short walk down the beach from where we were staying on Sunnyside Rd. I always ordered the chicken baleada... More

This is one of the places you could easily pass by and never know what you missed. The fried chicken and ceviche is great. This is also a good place to try the local dishes such as Baleada.

We were unsure if it was open but heard from locals to try it out. The portions are generous, very friendly staff, and an excellent view of the water. We had a large group but were served quickly. When we went to pay, we just told them what we had it paid our share - easy and quick. It is... More

This restaurant is a hidden gem! We found it in Sandy Bay and the owner/chef and his wife were so nice. The food was excellent. Although it has a limited menu, the food is very flavorful and are good sized portions. Great to eat local!!

We rented a house a few streets down from El Paso and heard great things from several folks. Walked down for dinner one night and were pleasantly surprised! It is a small place, run by a husband and wife next to the international school. The seating is all outside and we were able to watch fruit bats fly around the... More

We were renting a house a few minutes walk away and were very Happy that we found this little resturant next to the International school. It was the only place to eat nearby. The family who ran it were so chatty. The daughter who had just finished University helped out and was so helpful. We either had breakfast, lunch or... More

If you want a true experience witha true Honduran meal, this is the place. A hidden gem on the beach in Sandy Bay. The "baleada's" are the best we have eaten. Local food at its finest!!!

We rented a house right down the beach from El Paso...otherwise we probably would have never seen this very small restaurant. Glad we found it though. The portions are very generous, very friendly staff, and an excellent view of the water. The baleadas are enormous, probably more than one person can eat, and the breakfast is outstanding. Susanna was an... More

In fact, we walked there on the beach. Not sure how you get there from the road! Very simple food and inexpensive. The baleata is HUGE!! Definitely want to share this local dish. Worth it to find this place. It is very tiny, only 3 or 4 tables. Right on the beach.
