After living here for 40 years, finally went to El Mediterraneo, menu awesome and all 3 plates we had were 5 star, service unfortunately was mediocre. Without doubt the best food in Xela, except for Pizza and draft beer down below in Tecum- same owners-no draft beer was a disapointment.

I've eaten her twice and really like it. The food and service is great. I love how it reminds me of being in Spain. They also have a great bar and wine selection. Although I've only been here solo, it seems like s nice place to bring a date or just have a nice night out. The only thing i... More

Went there last nite & had a wonderful time. Shared several different tapas selections with my daughter & husband-hummus, garlic shrimp, mushrooms, mixed cheese plate & a great bottle of wine. All were yummy & our server Katia Lopez was very attentive & informative. Since we will be here for the rest of the week & it is so centrally... More

Absolutely fabulous food - something I'd expect to eat on a nice night out at home!! Lovely ambience too, plus decent service and decent wine. Definitely a place to take someone for a special evening, or just to treat yourselves when you feel like it. Two words... GOATS CHEESE - I can't remember the last time I had goats cheese!... More

I visited El Pasaje when I was in Guatemala. The Restaurant is of excellent quality, the food and service are both outstanding. If I am ever in Guatemala again, I will travel to Xela just to visit El Pasaje. I highly recommend El Pasaje. I apologise for the delay in doing the review, I misplaced the Restaurant card.

In Spain Tapas are small dishes - or at least they used to be. These are large - 3 are adequate for a couple - but very tasty. We ate here twice in our stay and were not disappointed.

I loved it. I came here with friends and we ate family-style. There was so much bread that we only needed 3 different tapas for 4 people, and even that was a LOT. The food was delicious - mix of Spanish and Mediterranean styles. Located in the top floor of Pasaje Enriquez, near a lot of the major restaurants and... More

Great meal for our group. We asked for a menu to pre-order for a group of 14 people. They were very accommodating for different dietary needs. Everyone enjoyed the meal. The desserts were all delicious! Creme brulé was perfect.

Please order the mushrooms plate! It was so good, I am planing another trip just to have them again. Their bread and Mediterranean salad are also amazing. Love this place.
