Delicious. No need to say more! We had the coconut custard. It was the best ever. I had it 15+ years ago and it was the same high quality. I’ve never forgotten the taste. It’s a “must stop” on every visit!

DandE's Frozen Custard is a delicious treat on a hot day in San Pedro. The owners are Americans and are friendly and nice. We always stop by for a treat while we are in San Pedro.

We ate this twice on our trip. Was always greeted by a happy server. The icecream was so creamy and refreshing!

DandE's has take out pints available! We were so glad that was an option during the pandemic restrictions! Love the flavors offered!

When I first started visiting Belize 10 years ago, I'd pick up ice cream at the local supermarkets only to be horrified by the price ($37 for 1/2 gallon) and the quality --- as it often melted during shipping and was re-frozen. Since then, I've...tried 4 other shops on the island, including my favorite, DandE's. DandE's imports their cream and frozen custard ingredients from Pennsylvania and makes it fresh on site, several times a week. It is by far, the best on the island. Belize doesn't super-size their menu offerings like Americans, as everything is shipped to the island via the mainland- which is very costly. None of these ice cream shops are going to give you a huge serving. But it's a delicious treat on a hot afternoon and well worth the price. Plus, it's served up with the best customer service on the island!More

Pretty good icecream but not fantastic. This is a very kid friendly place and a great family environment. The prices for the sizes you get were a bit expensive though. It was definitely an American place not very authentic. We did love the homemade aspect...of it and they had some really unique flavors. We all loved the sorbet a lot more than the icecream because the texture and flavor was so yummy. Overall very average but still a great place to come to in the middle of the city for icecream!! We liked being able to just pull your golf cart up and get a quick snack!More

Best quality frozen custard, I love the home made vibe. You could feel the owner really put the quality into their product. It is not cheap but it is well worth the price. Lovely owner to talk to, super friendly, great customer service!

This is right in the busy part of town. It is worth walking to. Their ice cream is very good. I ordered the coffee. My husband ordered the strawberry. Mine was great. My husband said his was a little too light on the strawberry. We...will most likely be going back to try other flavors before going home. Owners are very friendly. Not much space inside. Yes a gem.More

Everybody raves about DandE's Frozen Custard which is actually super creamy ice cream and I finally got a chance to try some in person. Wow! Probably the best ice cream I've ever tasted. Unfortunately my wife and I came here on Sunday and it's closed...on Monday and Tuesday so we never got a second lick in. Tried another place on Monday and it wasn't even in the same ball park. I can vouch for the pistachio and caramel flavours, but I suspect all are great. If you are on Ambergris Caye you owe it to yourself to try DandE'sMore
