This is one of my favorites in Aspen. You can never go wrong with the chef's menu as you get to try a whole lot of things that you would never even consider ordering (or may not even be on the menu). The sake and...More

The meal was delicious! I am amazed that this mountain town can get food this fresh. The selection was different from other Asian restaurants I have visited.

The staff was wonderful, made some great suggestions, all of the food was delicious and very fresh; having sushi in the mountains is one of those eyebrow raising options...however if you can get reservations do it!

Very good meal but so pricey. Sushi was great. Staff was pretty good as well. Try to get an outside table if it is nice out

Reliable and consistent high end seafood and sushi. We opted for the broader selection menu served downstairs. Food and service were excellent.

It is extremely difficult to get a reservation here, but you can sit at the bar and get the same quality food. The bartenders are fun and make excellent craft cocktails. We enjoyed everything we tried, but the happy hour sushi bento box was the...More

Matsuhisa Aspen is nestled beneath a quaint victorian house in the mountain town of Aspen Colorado and features the cuisine of world renowned chef Nobu Matsuhisa. Japanese-inspired seafood and sushi, as well as an ultra-hip scene and lively bar crowd can best describe Matsuhisa Aspen. We are a continuation of Matsuhisa L.A., Nobu New York, Nobu London and may more locations around the world.
