There's really nothing bad to say about eating at Element 47. The staff were all extremely friendly and attentive. The Sommelier was outstanding as well. The restaurant has a good noise level, and it is easy to carry on a conversation. The food was wonderful. The appetizers are a little large if you don't have a big appetite, unless you... More

Brilliant chic restaurant . The service is greater than I have ever experienced previously . The food was increadible . We did the chefs selection with matching wines and it was almost faultless . Be prepared to spend some money but the experience is worth it

My first time dined at Element 47 with my husband and family. The staffs were so helpful and knowledgeable of the food. I ordered the salmon and it turn out so delicious, my sister ordered the black ink squid pasta and she loves it so much. The lobster is also very good. I will definitely come back to have dinner... Great wine service, a delicious crab appetizer, good roast duck brought our hopes up. But dry fois gras mousse, too sweet squash soup, fried quail, jello like chocolate mousse and the $400 per person cost had us yearning for Bouley.

My wife, three children and I unanimously vote that our best meal this holiday season was at Element 47. Joe was a fantastic waiter and the food was stupendous. We started with the grilled octopus, crab cakes and onion soup. All were excellent. Entrees included venison, duck, chicken, and squid ink pasta with lobster and uni. Each was better that... More

This is our go-to special occasion restaurant in Aspen. The staff are amazing (even with many new faces this season) and he food is always perfectly prepared and delicious. We were honored to try the "Pressed Duck" for two during our last visit ... finished table side, making it very retro-posh! Extensive wine list with very helpful somms. Always look... More

We went during happy hour and sat at the bar- not very comfortable, and very pricey. The best part was the free bar snacks, the sharing plates/appetizers were weird and not good. The "spring rolls" were actually egg rolls, deep fried to the extent that you couldn't taste the filling.

I am staying at the Little Nell for 3 nights and decided to try the hotel restaurant, Latitude 47, on my first night. Aspen has a very competitive high end dining scene so I was very interested to see what this restaurant had to offer. I also read that they have one of the world's greatest wine lists which was... Description
It's been called Aspen's "finest spot to wine, dine and unwind." The name element 47 pays tribute to silver, the precious metal that first put Aspen on the map, and to the finest silver service cuisine -for breakfast, lunch, apres and dinner, 7 days a week. Our team of culinary and wine professionals is one very good reason we have enjoyed the rare 5-Star, 5-Diamond ranking for so long. Whether you ski in for lunch, drop in at the bar for a more casual rendezvous, or join us for the most special of occasions, you'll be greeted with warmth, not formality. You'll find the ambience - ceiling-height glass cases with some of our rarest wines, art by Michelle Grabner, Cameron Martin, Angel Otero, Scott Reeder, Philip Vanderhyden, Jose Lerma - as fine as the dining.
