We had a nice anniversary dinner here. My wife had the fish in a bag and it was excellent. I had a steak and it was okay. Props a little overdone for the medium rare. Otherwise a nice place and we enjoyed eating here.

We had our best meal in Aspen at this restaurant. The food was very tasty - the best we have had in a long time. The atmosphere was cozy. It is very popular and small so be sure you have reservations!

Nice cozy atmosphere. Attention to detail in service. The food is pricey, but the fusion of flavors is good and well balanced.

The food was Excellent. The staff greeted you right away but seemed to be on long breaks once you were seated. I think we only had 1 refill on water and had to ask another server to get more drinks. We sat outside on a...More

The Wild Fig was small and intimate. Because of the rainy weather, we chose to eat indoors. Our small table next to the bar had lighted candles, white linens, and French towels as napkins. I did not hesitate to order the pork chop which was...More

We opted to try The Wild Fig on a rainy Friday night because it was close to our hotel and sounded inviting. I wasn't sure we could even get in. It's quite tiny, and we didn't have a reservation. But they offered us a seat...More

Enjoyed our meal outside: an excellent kale/apple/almond salad with citrus dressing and perfectly prepared veal scaloppini. The saffron pasta with Manila clams was also good, although it would have benefited from a bit more salt. Pricey but interesting cocktails, good wine-by-the-glass selection. Waiter was pleasant...More

I am a regular at The Fig. It is very small; I prefer to call it "intimate". It's menu is just the right size, filled with Mediterranean selections. The specials are always good. My favorite is whatever appears in the nightly "fish in a bag"....More

Cosy restaurant in the center of town. Offers great food. Specifically, we shared and enjoyed the butcher's block -a plate of charcuterie and prosciutto- as a starter. What a great way to start of a family dinner. As main course I enjoyed the fish in...More

The atmosphere was pleasant; food was good, but not outstanding; service was slow and painful. There was one unisex restroom with one toilet, with a continual line of men and women waiting at the door. An hour after ordering, dinner was served. The bill had...More

I would purchase a Pre-Paid Credit Card and send it to them. Placing money on a PrePaid Card gives you some security too. As you can put a four digit PIN on the card so no one can use it without knowing the PIN.
