This place is nice and the food is good. Of course as a Disney place is not cheap but if you go for the experience meeting Disney's Princess you will love it. To see my daughter's face as surprised and happy as the time se had the time to see and hugh and make pix with her most favorite Disney... More

I joined my mother and her pal to celebrate her 60th bday and my mom's 40year service award. The food was very good for people with allergies for I have a seafood one. Our server was excellent and the two adults with me had their youth given back to them . They were yet again happy little princesses. The service... More

I enjoyed a lovely dinner two nights ago with my son, daughter in law and grandson. The ambience was lovely, and the restaurant handled the huge number of kids there very well. The food was on the expensive side but it's Disney after all. I enjoyed the lobster tail and steak which was nicely prepared and presented. The service was... More

Basically. Super expensive and this isn't a cheap person saying that. I fine dine in Dallas monthly. $500+ dinners are nothing. The bill was insanely high. They charged $25 for buttered pasta for children. Even to a rich person this is completely insane. We also thought there would be characters. We heard there is during the day. So a $400... More

The quality has declined tremendously in the past 13 months. I observed the following: 1. We were forced to eat outside. I did not expect this. 2. Snow White was no longer in the princes line up and my kids could not see the princesses come in. 3. A bread basket was not provided. 4. 2 year olds are no... More

We took our girls here for lunch last week to celebrate their birthday. I was a little worried because I read so many bad reviews, but we were fortunate in that our waiter was great, as was the food. My daughter has a nut allergy and they were very careful about that too. They have a show where each princess... More

This last visit was very special one for my daughter's birthday. We planned to do the Princess lunch weeks in advance and had a nice table outside overlooking the pier. Before being seated, we met with Ariel who was right next to the downstairs hostess table. For lunch they offered a three course meal and it included drinks (non alcoholic).... More

We made reservations for our visit at Ariel's Grotto with friends. Our party of 8 (4 adults, 4 children) were seated in about 15 minutes. The kids were excited for their very brief visits with the princesses. The whole experience was very rushed.. Food was coming out while we were trying to take pictures of the kids with the princesses.... More

My wife, three kids and I all excitedly hustled to Ariel's Grotto for dinner. Although late for our reservation, they quickly had us seated. Throughout our dining experience, we received great service. The low rating stems from the main course. In the end, most of the food remained on our plates. Served cold, the mac and cheese disappointed. The chicken... More

If you want a special meal with the Disney Princess's then this is the place. From the moment we walked in our Granddaughter was in heaven. They really know how to make the guests feel special each princess comes to the tables for pictures, autographs, and to greet your special child. The food was very good even for the adults
