The menu at Lunasia is fairly easy to navigate. You check things off that you want. They have a laminated placemat type menu that shows you pictures of everything with their numbers...that helps people who don't know the names of what they're looking for. No Cantonese style cart service here. While most of what we tried was good, they didn't... More

First, good safe free covered parking behind the restaurant. Second, very nicely decorated: linen table clothes and napkins and orchids on every table. Third, wonderful selection of made-to-order dim sum. We had a nice selections of fried rice, jumbo shrimp har-gow, jumbo pork siu-mai,(when they say jumbo, they mean it--almost too much to eat), egg rolls, and sauteed egg plant.... More

This is another good place serving dim sum. Lots of food choices. Hard to pick which plates to try. The green bean dish was tasty. The dumplings were delicious. There seems to be a couple of restaurants by this name in this area.

Hit the justly famed Lunasia for a late Dim Sum. The Dim Sum is uniformly excellent. We especially enjoyed the hargao, massive shu mai, and rice noodle with shrimp. It's an orderly experience, as you pick from a menu rather than picking from the carts as they go by.

We went to Lunasia for dinner and did not order dim sum. We were not disappointed as the good was good, well prepared, well presented, and very tasty. The service was good. It is a little pricey but we did enjoy it.

This place has become our top choice for dim sum. It serves quality dim sum in Pasadena, ALL DAY! I enjoyed most of the dishes. It is a bit more expensive but nice enough to take our non-Asian friends without giving them a real "cultural experience." It is nice and airy and very clean and not overcrowded or noisy. We... We have a family dinner here recently. Our order included jumbo shrimp har-gow, jumble pork and shrimp siu mai, bean curd skin wrap, supreme beef balls, fried string beans, Hong Kong roasted duck, fried rice with chicken and salty fish, and white tea. I'd liked the shrimp dishes and fried rice the best. The restaurant was quite busy and sadly... More

You have a wide selection of food other than dimsum that you can choose. The restaurant is well kept and clean. You have to go earlier in order to get a table if you choose to go there on a weekend.
