Nice place to stop with great fresh salsa bar. Had the shrimp tacos, very tasty. Runs $8 to $10 a plate and delivered a good product

If you want a sit down quick service meal then Rubio's would be your best bet when driving thru Adelanto. Everything is made fresh and they have a good salsa bar. Great place for a quick bite to eat.

Loved the fish tacos so much that went back the next day! Am here in business for the month so will be back often. Fresh, delicious and good selection. Salsa bar and two flavored teas- passion fruit green tea and mango black tea. Real plates and silverware too. Plus great service!

Rubio's Fresh Grill in Adelanto is a very pleasant restaurant to enjoy a meal at, for lunch or dinner. I felt like I was sitting in a garden environment with all the plants and colored seating and paintings. The story of the Rubio's family's original fish tacos and their popularity is painted along the East wall of the restaurant between... More

We always look forward to our California adventures so we can have Rubio's fish tacos! Consistantly great fast food, reasonable prices, and they serve beer. This location is easy on/off of Highway 395 for a quick lunch or dinner stop.

Great fish tacos and burritos. We had both fish and chicken and they were great. Also love their salsa bar. Reasonable price too. Service was very quick. Great place to stop when looking for a quick bite when in the area

Food was very good and the salsa bar was great and in clean condition. It was 15 minutes to closing but we were welcomed though the floors looked like it had a rough day. They started cleaning the floors as we were eating.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a step up from Del Taco or Taco Bell. You can't go wrong when you order (my friends got the burrito, and it was also excellent), but if you get anyone of their fish tacos, I can guarantee, you'll love it. I had two grilled salmon tacos first, and because... More

Description
The first restaurant was opened in 1983 in San Diego by Ralph Rubio and his father, Ray, who started the fish taco phenomenon that spread across the nation. Today, Rubio’s menu has grown from The Original Fish Taco® to include additional chef-crafted seafood recipes that feature shrimp, wild salmon and ono. In addition to sustainable seafood, Rubio’s offers chargrilled chicken and steak, fresh made guacamole and salsas and sauces that are prepared daily.
