I've been visiting Mama Goldberg's since 2000 and I still feel at home when I sit down with a Mama's Love, Nachos (no peppers) and a Sweet Tea. The parking can be challenging at times, but it is worth the wait. Such a nostalgic experience.

In town for an Auburn baseball game. Food was good. Difficulty in parking. Not very much room. Interesting decor.

I have been a Momma G's fanatic since the early 1980s. As a student at Auburn University, this was a cheap meal and a staple for most of us. I went when the Magnolia Ave. location was the only one - so happy to see many locations now and expansion into other cities. The Turkey Delight and Momma's Love are... More

We have tried this spot three times. Every time we are baffled at the menu... it seriously is over kill that would make Ramsey explode! Lol As we are always rushed to order like we are holding up the world... our orders are never what we really wanted? It really is a neat looking spot but small also... very cool... More

You can't visit Auburn without stopping for some Momma G's! It's a staple for a reason. Service is always quick and friendly and the food is simple but delicious. Very college-y atmosphere most of the time.

Gosh, what is the attraction here. Very long wait for cold nachos. I was really put off by the fact that there doesn't appear to be an oven or any grill here so all sandwiches are heated up on panini presses which don't heat evenly. The nachos were actually kind of gross. I had "Texas" nachos which featured some very... More

I like this deli. However today I got very frustrated. We are at the Auburn Game. We come to every game. I usually eat here. Today it was perfect timing, no wait. But My sandwich was given to three people behind me because they weren't paying attention. Had one clerk who kept grabbing the sandwiches for her customers. It made... More

I went to Momma Goldberg's to hang out with close friends and to see where it all began. I read up on the history of this deli. You can search it as well. Look for the 40th anniversary articles. The sandwiches are tasty and priced right. There is a good selection of craft brews. The service was great. I'll go... More

I've been eating at Mama G's since it opened at the original location when I was a student Auburn. It was the main place I ate for years! I loved it until today - the Sunday after Homecoming. My family had lunch at the original location (my favorite) and it was horrible. The meat was not good - some parts... More
