I was there with friends. I had the scallops, which I highly recommend. The chef was able to make a slight modification in the way it was prepared to avoid my intolerance of onions, and I loved the result. My friends ordered other things which...More

Was there for lunch with a very good friend. We got an isolated table and service was great; Food excellent. A good mix of traditional and revisited french / Mediterranean food.

A popular location for business lunches and press gatherings, Bistro Bis offers tables and a bar. Lunch can be lively, but the noise isn't overpowering. The staff is pleasant, efficient, and food is excellent.

I am always shocked at the attire of most tourists in our nation's capital. Please do not wear shorts, tank tops, t-shirts, sandals, baseball caps or leggings. Just don't do it.
