A popular location for business lunches and press gatherings, Bistro Bis offers tables and a bar. Lunch can be lively, but the noise isn't overpowering. The staff is pleasant, efficient, and food is excellent.

My wife and I had never had lunch here. My wife had the French onion soup and I had the mussels. Our waiter was very good. We thought the food was great and consistent with the food and service for dinner.

I am always shocked at the attire of most tourists in our nation's capital. Please do not wear shorts, tank tops, t-shirts, sandals, baseball caps or leggings. Just don't do it.
