Good sandwiches, not a lot of selection though. Service is fast, efficient and friendly. Pretty busy at lunchtime.....

We happened on this sandwich shop after being in Washington, DC, traveling from 3 a.m. and then standing for many hours, to see our first Inauguration. While I must say that everyone should attend at least one in their lifetimes, no matter who is elected, we were told not to bring in anything like food, water, umbrellas, selfie-sticks -- it... Our first visit to this franchise. Excellent sandwich selections and choice of bread. The "A Wreck" was very good.

Wishing later I had waited a bit longer to hit the Jimmy Johns. Potbelly has a slightly different style than some of the other chain sandwich places, but I wouldn't say it's better. Could've gotten the same sub, cheaper and bigger elsewhere.

Yep, we couldn't leave Washington DC without trying this place out, Oh, and I had a coupon for a cookie!! Great sandwiches made to order. YES....the cookies are good!! Also, the staff here was spectacular with their service. They were all so friendly, smiling and making you feel right at home!

Grabbed some sandwiches on our way to sightseeing. Service was quick, prices were reasonable (about $10 per person), sandwiches were fresh and filling, and don't forget a cookie (delicious!).

The dude taking orders is so rude. I watched a family of 6 leave right after i paid for my order. The guy was rude to him too. The cashier was funny and kind. He even questioned the order taker. Salad and sandwich were good. Experience would have been good had this guy not had a completely disgusted attitude.

After major delyas on the Metro we arrived in DC later than expected, and we were hungry. We spotted Potbelly's and decided to give it a try. I got the roast beef sandwich and my wife got a chicken salad. Both were served in good portion sizes. Both meals were very good. Service was prompt and accurate. Nice lunch

Stopped in on a whim. Very good sandwiched. My daughter had grilled chicken & cheddar sandwich, and said it was the best ever.

We had an excellent bowl of oatmeal and a bagel. The coffee was big, cheap, and good. Definitely recommend for breakfast.
