We seem to be stopping by here every day while staying in Tavira. Very friendly lady lots of different ice creams. Decent scoop and good value then we go and sit on the steps and watch the world go by while eating it.

This used to be one of the most popular snack bars/cake shop and ice cream place in Tavira. Its location next to the Roman bridge ensured that the tables outside were always busy and bustling. Yes, it had its ups and downs with the service, but we never had a problem with any of the staff there. However, for some... More

We decided we needed a bowl of mixed ice cream with all the go withs' and toppings. This ice cream shop is located right beside the Roman Bridge. We sat at a table outside and waited on service. Nothing. Eventually we went inside only to find the staff chatting among themselves. Most of the outside tables were empty. The selection... More

My husband kept being drawn back here for the wonderful ice-cream whilst we wandered around the town. Lots of flavours to choose from so you won't be disappointed.

We were on a tour of the East of the Algarve and stopped in Tavira for a while. On a hot day we had a delicious ice cream.

I came here on a day trip. I spent two lovely hours in Taveria on a day trip. I came across this restaruant and went in and had lovey breakfast. The orange juice was freshly squeezed and breakfast was very nice. The portions were very generous. Taveria is a beautiful quaint town in the Eastern Algarve, with beautiful cobbled streets... More

Stopped for a juice and a pastry - it was lovely. The juice was freshly squeezed - as was the case in most Cafes in Tavira - and the pastry was lush! A good place to sit - at the foot of the Roman Bridge - and watch the world pass by. Great service - and reasonably priced.

We didn't eat but had a few drinks. Most of the tables were occupied but the servers were efficient and attended to us promptly. A jug of white sangria is €9 which is a very good price considering the bar is in the main square. Finished off with a couple of crepes which the ladies appreciated. Good location to people... More

Very RUDE waiter. Breakfast disappointing. Nice spot but will not be going back. Go to riverside cafe by hall. Much nicer staff!
