Hate when TripAdvisor deletes my review when I am almost done... But I will try to be fair to all of you and re-write with attention... The dark, heavy, carved wood decoration of this restaurant brings you back in decades, and you can easily imagine butlers serving gentlemen smoking cigars and reading newspapers. One wonders where is the match between... More

We like the number of local Latvian restaurants in Riga, but sometimes its nice just to eat something more familiar. And these days Italian food is just what you need. Restaurant was busy, a group of 25 plus other tables, but had good service, no waiting and tasty, fresh food. Cant really ask for more. 2 starters and mains, 1... More

RUDE BEYOND WORDS. Food was excellent but we were party of 6 friends from Ireland starters ordered by 4 persons as 2 of the party had late lunch and we ordered our mains for 6. Our waiter brought our starters and the main plate for our 2 friends at the same time. We queried why do you bring the main... More

We arrived early evening and were going to order Pizza's for 2. Our very nice waiter suggested that one between 2 should be enough. We said that would there be enough topping on the pizza and he suggested that we have extra cheese and it could be made with some porcini mushrooms. We also were served with bread and butter.... My friend and I stopped in here for an early dinner. The atmosphere was so relaxing & the staff was very friendly. We were greeted by a nice gentleman who took our coats & seated us. The food was so delicious & our waiter Aztuz was so nice & knowledgeable.

We only stopped in for lunch so can't speak for the full dining experience but the place is very classy with old world charm. Staff were formal and courteous but friendly after breaking the ice. I had the best coffee i had in Latvia by far and had spinach ravioli stuffed with cheese and with a pesto sauce. It was... More

Both the pizza and dessert were absolutely fantastic. There was a piano man. Service was quick and efficient.

Called in for lunch. Great service and great food. Plus a fabulous cup of coffee. Ordered Spaghetti and it was beautiful, meaty, tasty and just the right amount for lunch.

The restaurant evokes the best memories. The staff is attentive yet nonintrusive, the food is good and so are wines. Vitello tonnato may be the best starter I ever had.
