The food was delicious and met my expectation as every time. The cooks are doing a great job. The quality of the soups has been excellent throughout the years. But the service of the "waiters" is getting worse and worse, answering any kind of a question is like a burden to the "waiters" and if I would be a first... More

Amazing world of various soups! You can chose soups with meat, soups with fish, just vegetable soups, soups like a main course, even sweet soups like desserts. Fair pricing (but not very cheap). Large portions. To tell the truth I feel full even after normal bowl of simple soup using it as main lunch a day. Bread comes for free.

The concept of the place is very simple - they serve soup and they do it really well. The two soups that we had were both delicious and portions were indeed large. In terms of price soups here range between 4-6 EUR, which is somewhat expensive for an everyday lunch, but the food that they serve here is worth every... More

It's the best soup restaurant in Latvia or maybe even in the Baltics. Soups are really delicious. I often cannot make my mind which soup I would like to order - they all are so good. Portions are really large there. Beware ordering a full portion, maybe even half a portion will be too much. :) And one more thing... More

There are three of these soup-only restaurants in Riga, all of which seem to be in shopping malls. There used to be one in Central Riga which doesn't appear to be the any more. So you have to trek out to a mall to find one. We visited the one in the Alfa centre by the river. The service was... More

For these soups i am ready to wait for 15-20 minutes to take them to go. In Olympia I ordered set of "two spooms" - two soups of 250ml each. Since i ordered it to go, i had two small buckets (that i paid for, of course) of soup. When opening this first soup, i realised that the bucket is... More

We are eating at Tikai karotes (Only spoons) quite often, and usually our preferable place is Alfa park; portions are big, meal is always tasty, and as we have 3yo daugter I always asked to bring not very hot soup. But last time we had lunch at Riga Plaza and what can I say- despite of twisly mentioned request for... More

Have you ever tried to eat all courses just with spoons? :) Whatever you'd like to order - regular soup, main course or desert - it's soupe. Very, very delicious.
