We were a group of 4,was our first night at Bratislava and we choose it as it was few steps from our hotel.On our arrival about 6 in the afternoon was quiet but later on got very busy.Beer choices was limited,i was expecting bigger selection and was one of the reasons to visit this place.The food menu was limited as well, with local and thai dishes.The staff was no pleasant and friendly, at the end we paid the bill and we were waiting the change for long time and when we asked for that, the waitress pretend that she forgot in a very rude way. Generally speaking the place is nothing special,there are better choices in Bratislava.

OK for a pint

I called in for a drink, there was a football re run from the English premier league on the TV. I sat at the bar with a couple of others watching the TV. I didn't find the atmosphere to be that good and the staff seemed uninterested as well as that I found it to be one of the dearer venues in town. I would still recommend it and there was a good extensive menu to choose from and very light and airy inside

Nice Place For a Break

We stopped here for a "snack" while touring Bratislava. The servers were very friendly and prompt. The beer selection was very good. My snack was a spicy pork spread with bread and was delicious. It is centrally located and clean and inviting. We were glad we stopped.

Good beer and some traditional Slovak dishes. Food was good, portion was small for me, but price was nice. Good value for what you get. Location is great people people watching as it is on a busy old town street.

High school reunion

We had our high school reunion in this pub. Have to say the staff tried to be quick since there were 20 of us. Althought, sometimes they managed to change our orders. The food and alcohol there was absolutely average and quite overpriced. To get 6 chicken wings for approx. 11€ and konifer borovička for 4€ is just ridiculous. Other than that it was OK.

Spent a couple of nights here.

Spent a couple of nights here. One for purely drinking and one for food. What attracted us was the fact that it was frequented by locals. Always a good sign. Clean. Great beer. Friendly staff and pretty awesome food made this a great choice. Will be visiting Bratislava again and this pub will be a stopping off point again.

Small Portion, high Price, incometent staff

The Price for a Gulasch is 15,- € and you get 4 small pieces of meat an 1/2 dumpling. This is Not a starter and the staff is Not willing to make correction! Never again!!!

Pleasant bar diner

Nice airy bar diner. A good variety of local lagers and ales. Friendly staff and interesting, for all the right reasons, toilets. I would not sit at the bar as the bar stools are extremely uncomfortable.

Beer, food, fun.....

..... is the logo on the t shirts. Beer, tick, food, tick, fun, ? We popped in late in the afternoon just before a boat load of tourists arrived. Must have a deal with one of the cruise companies. Liked the ambience however so went back next evening. The Thai food was surprisingly good, the beers are good but our waitress wasn’t the happiest server in Bratislava. Pretty cheap though so no real complaints.

Great place to try local beer

Part of a walking tour ended here. Our tour included three beer samples. The three were each very different and totaled about one large beer. After that you were on your own to try full versions of maybe 50 local beers. But pay for them. A really good place to try local beers

Popped in for a few drinks and was met with friendly service and an opportunity to taste a number of different beers. Did not try the food abut the street Thai food looked good. Nice interior and a place I would return to.
