Not sure about the service and environment at dinner time, but at lunch was minimum service possible to execute the job. Not unfriendly, but also not friendly. The chicken Pho is good but is not at the level of what i tried before. Very competitive prices.

The menu was extensive and the food was actually quite good. All the familiar options of Thai and Vietnamese comfort food. Service was quick and efficient. For something different while in Hungary, this is a good option.

The food was very good , but we didnt have a waitress. We had a body taking the plates one at a time from the table. The prices are ok for 2 people is 40 euros but not kind personal!

Thoroughly enjoyed the Spring Rolls and main courses here. Was quite surprised to find such good Thai and Vietnamese food in Budapest. Nothing was overpowering; but, all was infused with delicious flavors. We WILL RETURN!

Don't spoil this one for the locals! This is one of the few spots in the heart of the 7th distract which attracts a diverse crowd of locals, expats, and tourists. The food absolutely fantastic. I love their pho, pad thai, and especially the Tom Yum Khai soup. But the best part about this restaurant is the palinka menu. If... More

After waiting for a really long time for our order to arrive, we were really disappointed by the food - none of the five of us liked it. I don't want to elaborate further because they seem to be really nice people but during our visit it was obvious that the place had a few operational problems. It seems that... More

This is a small, almost hidden place in the middle of the city, but it really worths a visit. They have a really amazing collection of different types of palinkas, which is the national liquor in Hungary. You can have a traditional plum palinka or you can try more exotic ones like poppy seed palinka. If you are done with... More

Staying in District VII / Jewish Quarter

Neighbourhood Profile
District VII / Jewish Quarter
District VII is the very heart of Budapest and houses the city’s Jewish Quarter. Its streets are lively and colorful, its buildings narrate different histories in an assortment of architectural styles, and its cafes and bars are frequented and loved by the enthusiastic crowds. Grand and magnificent, the striking star of the district is the Great Synagogue, the largest in Europe and one of the biggest in the world. Distinctly Moorish in style, crowned by the twin onion shaped domes, the Synagogue is the very emblem of District VII and one of the main attractions in the capital.
