After 2 days of delicious, but heavy meat-based rich Hungarian food we were very happy to find this cheap, no frills fresh pasta place. The pasta was great, but it would have been nice to have been able to lighten it with salad. The wine was cheap and the Tiramisu dessert, which we shared, was light and delicious. Alas, we... More

I ate here with my girlfriend and a colleague. The owner was a fine Italian gentleman, the concept was very simple and the prices good as well. As I was hungry, at first I thought I would have wanted eaten more but after having eaten a plate, I was full enough!

Delicious pasta, very affordable, generous portions and excellent espresso. We were 4 adults and 2 teenagers and everyone was satisfied. Portions were simple but delicious. Pasta was hand made and sauces well seasoned. Espresso was very smooth. I'll fine here again if in the city.

After three hours of paint balling, and 3 hours before a big planned meal, me and a two friends wanted a light meal. 2 Spaghi was ideal. A simple but delicious bowl of fresh pasta, in the heart of Gozsdu Court (also highly recommend for small pubs and bars). As you walk into the small shop, the owner explains all... More

As an Italian I do not like to have Italian food abroad, I like to try local food, but we heard a lot of good comment about this place so at the end we decided to give it a try, and I am happy to say we were not disappointed. Nothing fancy, just down to heart good home made pasta... More

Staying in District VII / Jewish Quarter

Neighbourhood Profile
District VII / Jewish Quarter
District VII is the very heart of Budapest and houses the city’s Jewish Quarter. Its streets are lively and colorful, its buildings narrate different histories in an assortment of architectural styles, and its cafes and bars are frequented and loved by the enthusiastic crowds. Grand and magnificent, the striking star of the district is the Great Synagogue, the largest in Europe and one of the biggest in the world. Distinctly Moorish in style, crowned by the twin onion shaped domes, the Synagogue is the very emblem of District VII and one of the main attractions in the capital.
