It's everything you expect from HRC . Standard menu and pricing. Good service and tasty. I always order veggy leggy in each country i visit. The best one was in Barcelona. In Budapest is was normal, but not the same. In the end it's a good tourist place and you can sit outside on the square and it quite pleasant.

My friends and I make a habit of visiting the hard rock wherever we go. This was no different. They very kindly accommodated 25 of us (we had booked earlier-but they still had to put several tables together) and food was great. Obviously you don't come here for authentic Hungarian food, but the cocktails and vibe was great!

Went for a bite with wife, daughter and friends...very friendly service and surprisingly good food for a fair price. Enjoyed the the typical atmosphere at the Hardrockcafe...Service was really very friendly...Thumbs up for the kitchenstaff, Hungary at its best!

Not great as far as Hard Rocks go. Narrow and uninspiring fit out, staff milling about chatting which made us feel as if we were an inconvenience. Food not great - the menu is much the same the world over but I've never felt ripped off and unable to eat it before this. Didn't buy a T-shirt!

Every destination I travel to, I will ALWAYS go into a hard rock cafe. I really have to say, the guys here are amazing for putting up with mine and my girls drunken behaviour for 10 hours. (As it was a party weekend please don't judge us. Ha!) Food was incredible as usual, the team were amazing and really up... More

Come to here on a Friday night and was surprisingly seated very quickly. The restaurant itself was very small and nowhere near as nice as others I have been to. Service was quick and the burger and the salt and pepper flavouring on the chips were delicious. Overall nice meal just a shame about how small it was and the... More

Having visited many Hard Rock's we thought we would try here as we usually love the rock music and atmosphere. We ate in the restaurant upstairs and the atmosphere was fairly dull, it felt abit like a canteen as there is no proper bar upstairs, they bring most of the drinks from downstairs. The food was fairly average really. The... More

We visited Hard Rock Cafe for our New Year's Eve dinner. Unlike HRC in other countries, they had not organised a special night with festive menu, but there was a dj playing disco music (we really enjoyed it!!). There were people just having a drink, and others dancing and having great fun due to the occasion. The food portions were... More

Went for lunch and there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. It took 15 minutes for our waitress to even come speak with us. It then took an extended amount of time for the food to arrive as well. For sofa drinkers - bottomless Pepsi. Burgers were good.

Staying in District V / Inner City

Neighbourhood Profile
District V / Inner City
Discover the Inner City along the banks of the Danube, with its fashionable shops and iconic buildings. The Inner-City Parish Church and St. Stephen’s Basilica stand out as two of the finest examples of architecture in the area. If you are still hunting for more historical treats, then the ruins of the medieval city walls on Kecskeméti Utca are a must-visit while the Soviet War Memorial is also worthy of attention and relevant to Hungary’s more recent history. If shopping is on your itinerary, then be prepared: the market squares in this area are an absolute delight, particularly during the Christmas period, but even throughout the year you’ll find the latest trends in the shops on Vaci Utca.
