This restaurant was in the Zara hotel, but it is good for a visit, even if you do not live in the hotel. Breakfast was good and the dinner excellent. Very good value too......

We can't say anything about this place when it comes to dining cause we didn't have time to try it out but brekafast was very good and we still wanted to give one tip. I alredy mentioned this in hotel review but still... As a... More

We went last night to the Hungarian Night and found it to be a fantastic night. We ate a lot, drank the lovely wines and the atmosphere was brilliant with the folk dancers and music. Only slight moan was the price but we definitely had a brilliant night and had a glass of champagne, red and white for every course... More

All is really good in this restaurant: the place is nice, service very kind, and the food is delicious. Sommelier advised us an Hungarian wine, that was perfect with our meal. That's not my first visit in Budapest, but that's the first time I really like a restaurant here. I'm sure I'll come back and warmly recommend this place

My only negative point was the price of breakfast but it really didn't bother me for what we paid. The food was excellent

Lovely bar area helped by the friendliness of the staff, well done Vivien. Intimate setting lovely for a quiet drink before heading out and exploring the local area.

The food, the service, and the overall experience of this restaurant was incredible. Upon our arrival at the hotel, we decided to eat here as it was the easiest option due to it being late at night plus not knowing where anything was in Budapest at the time! But this decision was a good one; we were blown away by... More

We were staying at this hotel and stopped for lunch one day. I wish we'd dated dinner there. Can't really comment too much, except to say the place was very busy for a hotel restaurant at lunchtime and evidently popular with locals, not just hotel guests. There was a wide choice of meals to suit all appetites on offer, from... More

Staying in District VII / Jewish Quarter

Neighbourhood Profile
District VII / Jewish Quarter
District VII is the very heart of Budapest and houses the city’s Jewish Quarter. Its streets are lively and colorful, its buildings narrate different histories in an assortment of architectural styles, and its cafes and bars are frequented and loved by the enthusiastic crowds. Grand and magnificent, the striking star of the district is the Great Synagogue, the largest in Europe and one of the biggest in the world. Distinctly Moorish in style, crowned by the twin onion shaped domes, the Synagogue is the very emblem of District VII and one of the main attractions in the capital.
