Years ago, Manna was known as an overpriced and too fancy restaurant. Recently, price/performance ratio has increased significantly. But be careful, in its basics this restaurant is still a slow-food institution. So bring with you enough time to experience a real pleasure in a variety of carefully prepared dishes, selected wine list, warm atmosphere, attention to details, and highly professional... More

Please give yourself an opportunity to have a full tasting menu with reasonable price. I had the meat tasting menu and partner had the fish tasting menu. With wine parings absolutely mind blowing experience. After menu I had a cigar with good rom: lot of paring alternatives. Tasting Menu about 30€ + wines about 3,5€ per portion (note! Good wines... Top restaurant in Ljubljana that offer very original menus changing them constantly. If you like something different this is right place to come. The food is excellent, prepared with genuine touch. There is a nice garden and in winter season nicely decorated upper flour rooms.

Everything was very very good: the waiters, the food, the wines to go with, even the workers that were repairing the pavement nearby stopped making noise and a gentle breeze made the afternoon heat less difficult. We ate oven baked octopus with new potatoes and vegetables, together with polenta and some quinoa with herbs. For a dessert, a combination of... More

Expected this to be more expensive - the quality is at the formal dining end - but we had super first class food but chose from the less expensive end of the menu and were amazed at the quality for the price we paid........

The restaurant aims for a fine dining experience and does well. Friendly staff who speak English, English menu, and very good food. I had risotto with fresh chanterelles, which was delicious, as was my roast duck thigh. Very good food at a moderate price in a pleasant environment.

Wonderful staff at this restaurant - they made the evening. However, for our group of vegetarians, there were not a lot of choices in the menu. The salad was OK. The homemade pasta (more dumpling size) was very heavy. And the truffle sauce was heavy and not particularly flavorful. The homemade bread was amazing. We watched other tables seemingly happy... We were here for a lunch,as the restaurant is well placed. The waiter was in a hurry to get our order and even to serve them;but without the bread, the salt, the pepper.we waited 5 minutes to see him again and to ask;but at the end I had to go inside and ask the manager to complete the service.

This is a great place to have lunch. Follow the waiter's recommendations and you'll have a meal of a life time. I had the ravioli with truffles, my sons had the fish and the lamb. All amazing dishes. We finished it with divine pumpkin brownie. Highly recommended.

Loved this place. One of those menus that have so many good choices and specials for the night. Great tuna belly and port and pasta. Way above just another restaurant. Very romantic with inside and outdoor seating. Definitely best meal of the trip and great service.
