The restaurant has a homely and unpretentious atmosphere, the owners are friendly and welcoming and the food is incredible. I feel like I am an unoffical authority on this as I pretty much eat Polish food every day in SA and I refuse to eat flaczki anywhere else on the planet but here at this restaurant ! :) Some dishes... I got the pierogies and roasted duck with roasted potatoes and it was quite good. Not overly spectacular, but solidly good, like one may expect to find visiting the home of a local. I recommend it over the other more touristy options.

The food was very fatty and heavy. Too much oil in everything! We order 2 soups and 2 dishes of dumplings, all of these were clearly reheated, because the half of them on the dish were warm and the others cold! The whole place was smelling like a frying pan, no ventilation and there was only 1 toilet for both... More

This restaurant was very good. I really liked the fried potatoes. I had the roasted duck with apples and it was very good. The waiter was helpful and the menu also included descriptions in English. They sat me in a room by myself. It was a little odd when there were open tables in the other room, but perhaps those... More

This charming Polish restaurant has had a massive makeover since our last visit. The old bar has been removed and two clean and traditional eating areas have been created. Excellent atmosphere and very reasonably priced home cooked Polish food.

Restaurant serves a classic polish cuisine. I would recommend Zurek served in bread and all pierogies. Place is clean, nicely - folk decorated, quick a good service. Prices, very affordable.

I brought my Chinese friend just becasue we were super hungry and we didn`t know where to eat. She ordered polish sausage in a sauce and I went for potato pancakes. My pancakes were delicious but the sausage was worse than disgusting! It even wasn`t polish sausage. Horrible. Than additionally there was extra beverage on our bill so I felt... More

Off the beaten tourist track in Warsaw, the Gospoda (inn) seems to attract mainly locals and students from two nearby colleges. The bilingual menu offers a wide selection of traditional Polish dishes. The food is tasty and definitely has home cooked flavour. Prices are very affordable. Those on a tight budget may enjoy a lunch menu between 13:00 and 16:00,... More
