Had a fantastic evening here - watched a huge celebration dinner (name day) of some locals; lots of vodka and laughter. Lovely and peaceful evening with great Polish foods; service was un-rushed and attentive even with the big party in full swing. Would definitely recommend it - don't be put off by the exterior which looks just like a house... More

This was our favourite restaurant in Cracow as the food was authentic & of a good quality: not touristy at all but serving mainly the academics from the university. I regret to say that we went this week & the food was disappointing! There is a new menu which tries to appeal more to tourists. Veal escalopes in a pancake... More

Excellent goulash and dumplings. Interesting desserts. Definitely worth a visit as very different from the other restaurants and it's very cheap.

What a find by accident while walking round the back streets off the main square. The Pork Goulash, which I didn't fancy but wanted to try, was lovely. The fried cabbage was very nice and tasty. The pork chop came with no bones and dipped in flour and was also lovely. The whole dining experience was extremely pleasant and the... More

The place seems to be frozen in 80's, but in the good meaning. Kind, helpful waitresses. The food was tasty, but you should choose baked potatoes instead of chips.

Good traditional Polish food in very nice setting. We visited on a Sunday evening when it was very quiet. Service was attentive friendly and discrete. The best Perogia we have had during our stay. Very tasty pork goulash with beetroot salad sauerkraut and freshly cooked crisp potato wedges and apple fritters with ice cream. Portion sizes were just right; not... More

This Polish restaurant is in Stare Miasto, but not on the main square. Quite place to talk and very good food to eat. It is a little bit old fashioned, but it is even better to feel the real Krakow.

Very nice little family run polish restaurant. Very good local dishes and very reasonable prices. Friendly service. Was a little slow at first but once we started the courses came quickly. The quality of the food is high.

... so if you don't have to use the loo (no loo roll or soap in dispenser) then there should be no issues. We felt we were in a local's restaurant; the decor was traditional and food was Polish. Delicious and nicely presented, with an interesting selection of side dishes. Very reasonably priced and service friendly and professional.
