First things first, reservations are a must! The place is so popular, it's almost impossible to just walk in and find a table. Coming to the food experience, it was delightful! We ordered a soup and pizza appetizer, both were good - not filling up your stomach, keeps you waiting for more. We then had a salad and a taco,... More

The ambiance and decor were very creative and unique. Definitely a magical place to bring a loved one for a special night out. This restaurant generally sells out and I recommend you book reservations in advance. The food is tasty, made fresh, and very filling. This evening I started with potatoes au gratin followed with a beet-root Burger. I would... More

We had a reservation for an early dinner and I requested the "celestial room". The ceiling in the room is illuminated like an evening sky. When we were seated there was no one in the room and they sat us at a very small table for two. Across from our table were 3 beautiful comfortable-looking booths. We expressed an interest... More

My wife and I are not strict vegetarians, but we do enjoy vegetarian options, which are not always easy to find in the Czech Republic. We discovered Clear Head on past trips to Prague (ate there three times on one such trip) and make a point of dining here whenever we come to this city. The food is uniformly excellent,... More

Went here for lunch with a non-veggie friend. Food was wonderful with lots to choose from. We ordered the sharing platter for 2 and we were so stuffed by the end. Service was very good and for a reasonable price too.

Excellent food. Service even better! Chanced upon this completely veggie restaurant while looking for vegetarian items in restaurants with menus full of hard core meat items. The items are varied, the best vegetarian items from the world, and authentic. The team is very helpful and always smiling.

A great find right in the center of Prague. All of the food was delicious. We had hummus and tatziki fir stater which was fresh and tasty. My Thai Red Curry Main with tofu and vegetables was delicious. The interior is interesting and the wine is pricey!! Otherwise an amazing venue for dinner in Prague.

My husband is a vegetarian and Prague is pretty much a meat eaters paradise, so when we were recommended Clear Head (Lehka Hlava), we were very excited. The restaurant exceeded our hopes, the food is imaginative an delicious, particularly recommend the red lentil soup and the wrap with baked spinach and smoked tofu. The decor is so wonderfully done by... More

I lived in Prague for two years and Lehka hlava was a total mainstay, for vegetarians and omnivores alike in my circle of friends. Everything is vivdly flavorful and wholesome. In my mind, the perfect balance between the satisfaction of home cooking and the artistry of well-executed dining. You can't do wrong with any of the main courses. I'd recommend... More

Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
