Amazing Irish bar in a great location of the centre of Prague. Staff were absolute great and we visited numerous times because of the great drinks. The Irish breakfast could sort any hangover and the outdoor setting was perfect for my girlfriend as it’s nice and cosy. Nothing bad to say about this bar! Thank you guys!

Spent a few hours in here the 6th and 7th of March 2023. Nice bar and staff ( helped me out with a few places to visit ) Mostly couples in the bar, live music starts at 1pm, all the classic tunes to tap your feet along too, food was nice too. Nice chilled and relaxed place.

We always visit here when in Prague because of the wonderful food served. The first time this visit was the Full Irish Breakfast, which we have have had before. Always a winner. We tried the Roast Chicken dinner (with mash potato) on the second day. The Chicken was cooked to perfection, incredibly tender & tasty. We ordered extra Green Beans with bacon & onion and gravy as they were so tasty. This venue has really amazing servers who go above and beyond to cater for your needs. The heating and blankets provided are always a welcome addition. I can't rate this venue any higher!

I don't travel abroad to go to an Irish pub, but we were tired, it was late in the evening and we're hungry. This was the nearest we found. We had a couple of drinks, lamb stew and some live entertainment. At 1025czk (about £35) it was the dearest meal and drink we had during our 5 night stay and found other places away from this tourist area much better quality and much better value

Attended here last night, and was very concerned about what seemed to be a very large bill with some extra items on. When queried the bill and the waitress was very very rude... threw a card across the table and then threw a bag out of the pub after someone forgot it... the manager/door person did try resolve this, however I feel people should not be treated this way. I won’t go there again. Ps beer over priced and better pubs locally.

Had diner and drinks in this pub and the evening was delightful however upon leaving the pub my tummy rumbled due to a hunger that could only be filled with some sort of dog of hotness. This rumbley in my timbley led me to "the hot dog man" across the road. Upon entrance of the facility I kindly asked the hot dog vendor man to not have the pickles upon my dog. This was met with a hostile grunt as the vendor procided to make the dog of hotness including the pickles dispiste my request. Knowing this will be my last moments on earth as I shall have to consume the devil's cucumber, I revered back to my native language of Irish to say my goodbyes to my love ones. The vendor of dog hotness, perhaps taken aback by my beautiful language or just straight up being a big auld racist, shook at my preseennce and reluctantly made the oder I requested. After a shocking incident like this I could not help but to say a prayer to our father in heaven, hot dog in my grasp, thanking him for sparing my life upon this humble night. However, in my hour of weekness, I was aggressively aprouched by a homeless man claiming to be St Partick. Not only was it offensive to me and my people to make matters worse he was a smelly homeless man. I attempted to flee from the scene, dog in hand, however he trailed me close behind still claiming to be my patron Saint. I could do nothing but sob into my pickless hot dog until he found another minority to discriminate against. Left on the streets of Prague with a soggy tearfilled dog Live music was good though.

The bar itself is amazing and the majority of the staff are very friendly and helpful. We’ve just returned from there and eight there twice. Last time we went, we asked for the bill to be split. We rounded it up. The waitress said that does not include a tip. We was going to give the tip in cash but we found this very rude and she threw a card receipt onto the table and walked off, she missed out on a tip The food is amazing and the atmosphere at night with live music is amazing too one place I would recommend going to

We were here for a stag party and had a great couple of hours drinking and having fun. Our drinks were flowing and we were well behaved! The atmosphere was great and we were left to our own devices. My only negative comment was when we entered the waitress with the name tag Sarah made us do table service and called us stupid for not waiting for her slow service. When we tried to close our shared tab for almost 14000 Koruna she asked for a tip and we said that would be left in cash but she said she would prefer us to do it on card. One of the group told her that she can have a tip - "Don't ask for tips and you will get a tip" - she told us to leave. Will return for atmosphere but not for her.

This place was so good I wish we had stayed longer in Prague so that we could have visited more times. It is an absolute gem with a great food selection, loads of drink options all reasonably priced, each time we went there was live music from artists who could actually sing. This place really is a must visit!

The Irish Times Bar is a well known and quite respected Irish themed pub bar just off the old town of Prague, located in a pretty cobbled square with lovely architecture and an outdoir seating area on the square, although not open during our visit as it was below zero!! The bar is on two levels having live music most nights, a full team of very friendly and efficient bar staff and waiters/waitresses and a very friendly welcoming atmosphere. The bar serves all manner of Irish drinks and food with Czech beers on draught. It's not the cheapest of bars in the area admittedly, but the music and the atmosphere makes up for the extra few Kruna on the drink prices. Very popular so i would say get here early in Summer to get a seat, little standing space but plenty of room outside if not. Great crowd of mixed ages, two levels with overhanging mezzanine and spiral staircase. Very enjoyable and would certainly recommend on any visit to Prague, just for the Crac if nothing else! Reasonable prices, affordable.

I have been in this restaurant a few times in the last couple of years and it's always a pleasure. You always feel welcome. Cold amazing drinks and massive tasty portions of food are just enough to have a good experience but the friendly, smart, cute staff cooperated together as a team even when was so busy. They just made my day. I will be definitely back. And live music also makes this place so extra. They have plenty of types of beers, shots, and cocktails, you will always find something new. My recommendation is a pint of cold Magners and buffalo wings, also when you need something to recover yourself All day breakfast is the best choice.

We stopped here on our first night in Prague. If you can overcome the man outside trying to pull you in, using foul language to tell us his chef is a "f'ing good cook", the food is actually great. We were more than a little intimidated by the guy trying to lure us in, but fortunately he disappeared once we decided to sit. The burgers were delicious, the waiting staff were very pleasant and the service was swift. I would go back to this venue to eat again, but I do hope they do something about the offputting man hanging around outside!

Great bar. They had the rugby on when we popped in for a drink. You can order at the bar or there is table service. There are two floors here where you can sit. They do various drinks including draft cider if like me you like a pint of cider. They also serve food. For anyone with dietary requirements they do serve gluten free food which is good. Great bar to go too as good atmosphere.

Group of six went for a drink before going for dinner elsewhere. Had such a great welcome from Kylie who could not have been more friendly and attentive. Ended up spending the whole evening there. Ordered dinner and we all thoroughly enjoyed the food. Live music all evening was really great and we had a sing along. After plenty more drinks, with service to our table we requested the bill and I can tell you we all thought it was incredible value for money. If we have time on our short visit we will definitely return. Could not ask for a more friendly and welcoming pub with great food and value for money. Thank you Kylie for making the evening such a pleasure

Went for a weekend to Prague two couples .. we visited here three times . Twice for dinner and drinks and for a coffee on our last day .. all the food we had was lovely .. the staff was attentive and they have a facility to sit outside but sheltered from the cold weather with heaters and plastic/glass structure around you. When we return to Prague will definitely be returning here .

Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
