It was my second experience in a Svejk Restaurant, and that just meant going from bad to worse. Having tried the one in Wenceslas Square, I thought this one would be different... Nothing further from the truth!! Though being half-empty, the service was painfully slow!...More

Non-friendly service, and they refuse to give you your change if you don't give a tip by forehand... this is simply rude. I understand if there is a tipping system and we'd love to respect it, but the staff DOES NOT determine how much tip...More

Stumbling across this lovely square we were hoping to enjoy some good food as the night drew in on this beautiful city. Sadly, this restaurant scuppered any such hopes. Ignored for a long while, we were eventually spoken to with such contempt that we had...More

After a long wait to pick up the order, we waited another hour. When the waiter asked if everything was okay, he was surprised that we hadnt been served our food. After disappearing for another 5 minutes, instead of the proper "your food will be...More

Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents
the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is
bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický
square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle
in the background, is probably the most beautiful

My apologies for any confusion that I have created. My question was directed at the owner or manager of the restaurant in question, not any of the reviewers. So sorry!
