This restaurant belongs to a small, cosy hotel in the most commercial street in mala strana, where the risks of choosing a tourist trap are big. The place is pleasant, the service polite and very efficient and the price reasonable. The veal goulash with beer...More

We had an excellent meal here, venison for me and pork fillet for my wife. The pity was the dumplings, which could be used as substitute paving stones, they were that solid. It was a pity the restaurant was not better patronised (we were the...More

Best service we experienced in all of Prague. The food was excellent as well! The waiters made our experience a joyful one with their diligence to every detail and kind smiles.

It is really annoying for a restaurant to hand you a check where the waiter has used a colored highlighter to bold a large-print announcement "Tip not included". That's what they do here. I spoke English, so they put that in English, at the bottom...More

If you are looking for traditional Czech dishes at affordable prices with great service then this is the place. It doesn't hurt that it is located next door to the Charles Bridge either! Their goulash soup and homemade dumplings are a must try.

We just stopped in while walking through Old Town, and were so pleased. The food was very good, and portions were generous. There we couples and families, and yet felt like fine dining.

Mala Strana (Little Quarter)
Malá Strana is one of the oldest and the most
beautiful neighbourhoods in the city. Nestled
underneath Prague Castle it was once a part of the
Kings route taken by future kings on their way to
coronation - originating in the Old Town, crossing
Charles Bridge and leading to Saint Vitus Cathedral.
