Very good pizza and calzone. Possible to share if you eat starters. The red wine was also good. The environment is very nice.

Their pizzas are great, probably best I had in Prague. Focaccia was awful, it was just a pizza dough and had nothing to do with focaccia. Worst thing and reason why they won't even see me again is the service which is same in both...More

Description
Located right next to the Charles Bridge, the newly opened Ristorante San Carlo Mala Strana, named after the famed Opera theatre in Napoli, provides a cosy atmosphere with Italian friendly touch and most importantly the authentic Napolitan pizza. „Pizza is a passion and an art for Neapolitans and it has clear rules how it should be prepared“, explains the acclaimed Neapolitan pizzaiolo Antonio di Filippo. „The key are the ingredients and the right preparation. The stone oven should be over 400°C to ensure that every bite is crispy just as it should be.“
