One of the oldest breweries in Prague with some of the strongest beer. The service is good, typical European service, and the food and drinks are very affordable. Definitely a must stop for our brewery loving folks.

The restaurant was so busy with queues, however the staff welcome you and make you feel comfortable waiting. Food high quality and served quick. Best to visit the bar next door too and try some home made beer. Very polite and friendly staff at all...More

This is a popular restaurant, so if you do not like queuing, come early to get a table. It is a large restaurant and tables are rather closely spaced, so it is quite noisy and one can follow the conversation the next table over. However,...More

Cafe in itself was average, but waiters were rude, they don't have clue about service. Beer was average, not woth to come. Cafe is worth just to take photo, for its history. I wish management will change something with service

Good food. The beer is perfect. Very noisy, but no other option for such a large restaurant. One of the places which is good to visit in Prague. The prices are satisfactory.

There are two parts of the "U medvidku" restaurant. 1-st floor is a standard good looking restaurant. But if you're looking for "X33" beer you need to go upstairs. 2-d floor has some beer production exposition and there you can taste 4 exclusive beer sorts....More

Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents
the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is
bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický
square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle
in the background, is probably the most beautiful
square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere
of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and
squares, and stone towers blend together with the

Pretty sure I didn't pay cash for anything in Prague in fall 2015. Found them to be very credit card friendly. Almost certain medvidku takes cards.
