We stopped at this restaurant after visiting the castle and walking down the streets. The restaurant had great food, great services, and reasonable prices.

We chose this place based on the recommendations and were not disappointed. We arrived to find no tables free but the waiter offered us a table outside under a heater with a couple of blankets until a table could be made ready. We were comfortable and well looked after until the table was free then enjoyed a really good meal... More

I've never eaten rabbit before and I tried it here for the first time and I'm now a convert! Also some of the best mulled wine I've had In Prague. Beautiful warm hearty meal. Great to warm up after a cold day on the town.

This is a local spot and when the locals show, you know you have found a place where you can find good food. When we were wondering around Prague, we asked local shop keepers where to go, they sent us in the right direction. This is a good place to take a load off your feet. You may be coming... More

Food was awesome, and the service was top notch! We ate the goulash, steak, potato soup, and cheese salad. I crAved the cheese and beet salad so much that we went back a for a second meal! The wait staff was exceptionally attentive and friendly. Our waiter is as speaking three or four different languages to the tables around us.... More

Staying in Mala Strana (Little Quarter)

Neighbourhood Profile
Mala Strana (Little Quarter)
Malá Strana is one of the oldest and the most beautiful neighbourhoods in the city. Nestled underneath Prague Castle it was once a part of the Kings route taken by future kings on their way to coronation - originating in the Old Town, crossing Charles Bridge and leading to Saint Vitus Cathedral. Cobblestone streets are lined with picturesque medieval houses, remarkable palaces, churches, kitsch shops and restaurants. Do not hesitate to turn a corner into any narrow street. You will suddenly find yourself in a calm and charming neighbourhood full of hidden gardens, parks with peacocks, fruit trees and ponds. As the neighbourhood is a home to Czech Parliament and many ministries, you can also run into well-dressed officials. If you are thirsty or hungry, it is the right place to be. Restaurants offer delicious traditional food and of course, the best Czech beers.
