went to the restaurant for the famous pork knuckle dish, but it was sold out by 8pm, was replaced by dry chewy pork skewer.
I ordered a soup in replacement of a drink, but I was told I have to order a drink otherwise I...More
We tried koleno and loved it! Service, extremely impolite, so it make you feel this pure czech Atmosphere 😂 but the meat and the potato plates are very tasty, prices - expensive, but affordable ok, expect no less in the surrounding area
We waited for 40 minutes to be seated since the place was full but what I found really weird is that the waitress moved as slowly as she could as if she wanted to make everybody in the line to wait even more. I can't...More
Visited Mlejnice one evening of a 4 day stay after reading recommendations and did not disappoint. Friendly prompt service, I ordered to start Brie with Cranberry and toast... yummy and the main course was the beef goulash, it was amazing with a side of potato...More
The goulash in bread was everything I was expecting given the reviews. The red wine was adequate. However the apple strudel was doughy and undercooked. Service was fast and functional with a degree of friendliness. Also found an unordered item on my bill.
When you are in Prague you obviously have to try pork knee. The ones at Mlejnice are really good. One person will barely finish it. It is enough for two persons with side dishes. The restaurant is also famous for its goulash in a hollow...More
We visited this place on a Friday night so we expected it to be busy and it was. We had to wait around 20 minutes for a table and, yes, no-one acknowledged us when we arrived and told us how long it might be, but...More
Don't know why some people complain about the service, I didn't have any problem with it, perhaps because we arrive during the winter times... anyhow... everybody should order the Goulash in Bread , it was incredible and the restaurant's setting was beautiful
Don't be put off by people saying the service was poor. It is true, the couple serving on Saturday were not full of joy, but they were working hard in a busy restaurant. We had to queue for about 15 minutes to get a table...More
The restaurant is relatively small, decorated like an underground warehouse; looks very traditional with its wooden tables. The food was nice, not great, depending on the dish. The smoked steak was superb, but the chicken was a failure, while the goulash served in the bread...More
One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the
modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
