Myself & my mum have visited this pub on numerous occasions over the last 20 years and it has never failed to disappoint. Real fires burning, excellent food, excellent service, very friendly people & dog friendly. Well worth a visit

Regularly visit this pub for Sunday dinner, . I love the 'NO Frills approach just good honest locally sourced produce , cooked to perfection. We I go out and eat I judge the food and the ambience this pub has hit the jackpot.
Friendly welcome, characterful pub. Menu caters for most tastes, with a Specials board. No canned music. Small garden for eating outside.
