We found the place by chance and it was a great success. Typical Spanish bar but with more elaborate tapas. A pleasant surprise.

La Cuadra has been one of ourfavourites in Ronda for many years as a traditional Spanish bar restaurant withsimple Spanish fare and mainly local clientel. Changing hands has brought Giermo's(of El Locos Tapas fame) gastranomic flair to the table and whilst not necessarily to locals...More
The first thing to say is that this is not Loco de Tapas Number 2. Though some of the familiar tapas is on offer this restaurant has a restricted menu and aims more at a traditional spanish market. This is does not mean that tourists...More
The owner of De Locos Tapas has just taken over this restaurant. We had the steak and tuna dishes and both were of top quality. The owner is very attentive and I am sure this will be a very reliable restaurant.

Away from the main touristic routes but still in the town of Ronda (you can get there on foot) you find this typical Spanish bar where you can find some very good tapas and dishes at a very low price.
This was a great find in a sea of very mediocre restaurants Great position, a bonus to eat outdoors. The menu was not huge, but a good choice. The service, great food and wine

The combination of fantastic cooking and really friendly staff made our visit an absolute treat. The chorizo in red wine with cinnamon and honey was glorious!
