Second visit to this unpretentious, welcoming restaurant. Great quality food, simple but delicious and served amiably and when you want it, totally freshly cooked. The carillada (pigs cheek) was the best we've had, so tender, like a tasty meat cloud! Salmonete were fresh and perfect and a lovely fresh salad. Really good selection of Ronda wines to complement with friendly,... More

Wandering around Ronda and in the process getting lost looking for a place that is not a tourist trap, we found this place at 10pm and oh boy were we so surprised by the food. There were not tourists, just a bunch of Ronda locals eating and having fun. The seafood is so fresh and the meat dishes are so... More

Now that we've eaten here twice, it's "our" restaurant, close to "our" parking lot near the Merced St. Theresa church, just on the edge of Ronda's cliffside park. Very unassuming place, but filled with locals. They know where to go. My "brucheta solomillo" (pork filet mignon kebab) was delicious, ever so tender and cooked to perfection. This place is a... Might have caught it on an off night but then again the owner might just always be dour and think you don't notice when speaking to locals and referencing 'ingles' English). We had a very average albondigas, cold white wine and a couple of beers. Worth heading to if nothing else is opened.

the bar is close to the main church and on the main road into Ronda. the atmosphere in the bar is friendly and run by a family so there is an interest in giving good food to maintain repeat clients. the seafood is fresh and comes from Huelva and Sanlucar which are famous for the quality of prawns, lobster etc.... . We come to Ronda often, and love eating here. Finding this little gem of a restaurant is easy. Start off at the Alameda Park, that public garden that has the fabulous views across the Plain of Ronda. At the entrance to the park is a big church with a flight of steps and two palm trees – it’s the... More

Tried the entrecote and the solomillo (sirloin steak). The steaks come with nothing but plenty of fries but the taste... Very tender and juicy! So far the best meal in Spain!
