We stayed at Garden View huts for about a week in December 2018. The huts are extremely clean, with a shower and bathroom, and a hammock out the front on the porch. The location is really peaceful and quiet, and is much more traditional than...some of the horrible identikit resorts that are springing up. However, it's the food and the owners that make this place really great. They're such a lovely couple, and the cooking is really unbelievable.More

Garden view is, for me, the most nice place I can eat and live in. The food is so tasteful and you can taste that it is make with love. And to live her it's so nice. Close to Sitapur's golden beach, this small but cozy eatery is worth a visit. You can feel the rustic flavors with Bengali style dishes and some to attract the continental palate. Visited this place in April 2018. A little late review but please read till end for this will be worth your time. The lady Kalyani and her husband runs this little place. This place is definitely the best place for food in Neil Island. Kalyani...cooks the food in her own kitchen, with help from her husband. It takes some time because they cook food as per your need and requirements. So be patient and wait, because this wait will be worth. You may call them in advance and tell them what you would like to order and they will be able to serve you faster. They also make deliveries to nearby places. They do not have internet, so they are not able to read any reviews on tripadvisor. So when you meet them, do tell them about the reviews they are getting on Trip Advisor. Went to have my lunch over there and had a lobster and banana shake. both of them were fresh and quite tasty . Ambiance is just calming(nothing modern by very peaceful). Owners are good and welcoming. Must have time because they would prepare your order...after you order.. so must have 40-50 minutes in hand to spend. The Garden View Restaurant on Neil Island is one of the most popular restaurants for tourists. The ambiance is tropical and the food very good. The owner himself is involved in running of the restaurant and we had very good and personalized service.

Garden view like its name is a very beautiful place to. Spend your holiday. The place is maintained and managed by a couple who are very sweet and they always are smiling. The lady who we addressed as didi make some tasty fish cuisine. Even...if i just think of the memory my mouth waters 🤓. The property has beautiful trees, and hut houses.
