We always go there, they have a full on butcher shop, with amazing meats, cheese and salami. The restaurant is very nice looking, with some pic nic tables outside.

Refreshing brasero in Val Comino

Stunning meat restaurant, mid way to Gallinaro from Settefrati and Atina and San Donato. Meat lovers will enjoy the eatimg experience. Only Bio meat produced by themselves is served here. Grilled. Good choice of wines from local to other Italians Optimum service, the folks are very friendly. The main room as well as the tables outside are colorful, that gives a refreshing tone to the whole setup. As said it is meat and only meat, if you want pasta or pizza don't go there. but the meat is succulent, slurp! portions are large, with my wife we ordered a 1.5 serving for both of us, it was largely sufficient. definitely worth going.

Like home, but better!

Exceptional place to which we always return willingly. Delicious meat, excellent value for money. Quick service and friendly staff. The place is very nice and furnished with creativity and taste by the owner, also kind and helpful.

The service was great. Starter enormous so couldn’t eat the main. Be careful how much you order. Choose the main and don’t have a selection as there are a couple of fatty sausages on it. Quite expensive for the area but if you like meat go.

Oh dear, not overly good

Maybe it was because we hadn’t booked and on this particular evening there was a problem with flying ants but our experience wasn’t that good. We were greeted in a friendly way and were served drinks whilst we waited for an available table. There were flying ants everywhere! On the plates and in our glasses. That’s not the hosts fault but it made the evening worse. First there is no menu so you rely on the staff to suggest dishes. They were very busy and the staff were rushed. We had mixed cold meats and veg to start as suggested and mixed cooked meats to follow. Old man enjoyed the cold meat platter but the mixed veg was just deep fried aubergine which was tasteless and so I didn’t eat it. I don’t like batter! Then some skewers arrived. Over cooked and again not for me. We waited ages to get a bottle of water and second glass of wine as the waiting staff were oblivious to diners on the whole. The main meat platter was ok but again not cooked particularly well and very basic. The side order of potatoes was cold and hard. I wouldn’t go back as there are so many wonderful restaurants in this area that I much prefer with home cooked tasty dishes. It’s all about the concept and less about the taste in my opinion. Shame as nice venue and good atmosphere.

I'm not very fond of grilled meat but here the meat is cooked the way I like it not to mention that it is tasty and tender even with the highest cut. I also bought the meat, sausages and cheeses from the shop and the meat is also excellent cooked at home

I went to dinner with my family and friends of mine who knew the restaurant and the restaurateur. When ordering the meat we asked for two steaks, the owner told us that with a large steak on the bone he would have made two... I remain a little doubtful... the steaks arrive with two cuts and two completely steaks different, the one that was given to the restaurateur's friend, beautiful with perfect bone, mine another steak, another cut and full of oil... without words.

We went here for lunch. All perfect. The welcome from the staff, the really friendly girl owner, the organization, the excellent food, the waiters smart and fast. Unfortunately we didn't finish the excellent meat because the starter was plentiful and filled us up. Really good tiramisu. Excellent cellar with many wines (including important ones). We will be back. Oh I forgot: right price.

The ideal place for meat lovers!

We went here for the first time for lunch. We had a very good time, very good starter, steak and kebabs too. Tiramisu too, delicious! Young and very kind staff. I definitely recommend the stop, especially for those who love meat. The place is also very cute, both inside and outside! Prices normal.

My goodness, what a disappointment

Local located near San Donato val di Comino, generally anonymous but embellished with modern architecture in wood and glass. Average service with total lack of organization. Dinner with meat passed off as matured but which didn't even have a hint of maturation and yet it had been specifically requested. It is probable that the average quality of the customers is not able to understand the maturation period or the cutting of the meat. Arrosticini not well cooked and with a strong smell, for the rest sausage, ham and cold cuts from the supermarket. Very expensive price for what they offer you. If you don't have anything better, go ahead, but don't expect anything more. Probably all the places in the area suffer from approximation, also given the recent visit to another mentioned restaurant, oops, farmhouse, in the area and just reviewed. That is all for the moment. At around 600 meters above sea level, an unforgettable evening along the road that leads to San Donato Val Comino, at the crossroads for Gallinaro. Determined to taste a bit of everything, we ordered a "small" starter and tasting of second courses... Remarkable sensorial and visual experience in both quantity and quality. The appetizer was excellent and then merged with the meat courses of the second courses. Correct prices. We will definitely be back.

We were in this place for a dinner with friends, the place was easy to reach, a very simple but welcoming structure. We ordered a house starter, with various cured meats and several hot meat dishes, followed by a mixed grill, but the unfortunate thing was that they didn't allow us to breathe because as soon as they removed the starter plates they immediately served us the grilled, in this way we did not have the opportunity to taste the different specialties, leaving most of the meat on the table, which is a shame because the quality was very good. The service is a bit flawed, the kids are very distracted with the consequence that requests were processed late. Upon leaving we understood that the reason for all this rush was that they had several people waiting, thus quality was overlooked for quantity. We will not come to this place again.
