This place we just stumbled upon while out touring around and had one of the best meals of our trip here. We enjoyed it so much we came back two more times. Wood fired pizza and fresh pasta, so delicious.

We've been here three times and each time but I can't get past the cinghiale. My last dinner started with Pappardelle di Cinghiale, followed by the Cinghiale in Agrodolce (with lemons). Both courses were outstanding (I can also recommend the fried carciofi as a good...More

We have had many memorable great meals at Gianfranco's through the years. Nothing has changed, except the fact that Gianfranco's mother doesn't cook anymore. The food at Gianfranco's is honest, fresh, local, plain, and full of flavor. The pizza's are super, the pasta's are fresh...More

One of these places you need to visit when in the neighborhood. Do not expect any fancy environment. This is a local spot apart from some lost tourists. This is no nonsense food. Just as your grandmother was serving up the dishes 30some years ago....More

Here you can order many delicious dishes and they have a good unbottled wine. All desserts are homemade!

This is a very casual, small, inexpensive, neighborhood Trattoria/Bar/Pizzeria that serves quality Italian food made the old fashioned way. In fact, when we stopped by to make the evening reservation, that night's freshly-made pasta was air drying on the tables. The place is a little...More

We stopped at this little town for a lunch and was not disappointed. Good food. Great hospitality, nice people and cosy environment. Absolute a good choice for a local experience.

Here we have discovered the fabolous taste of real all hand and home made tuscany cuisine. From the excellent chianti wine from the local wineyards fields to the incredible hand made pasta like maltagliati and pici with unfogettable ragou . The place is very simple,...More

Walked here from our rented villa approx. 2 miles away. Needless to say we were thirsty and just planning to get a beverage. Decided to try a few items on the menu and they were excellent. You can't go wrong with the wild boar pasta!...More
