This is one of only 4 Michelin-starred restaurants on the island, so make an effort to dine here. I put myself into the hands of my waitress, who recommended the seafood crepes to start and the catch of the day as my main course. Everything...More

Fantastic! Ottimo servizio e il cibo incredibile. The food was a mix or traditional and modern seafood dishes- all exceptionally flresh and imaginative. Service was excellant and the went out of his way to look after us. We would definitely go back

Not everything is really hight quality. Many dishes are refined and uncommon. The dessert menù is interesting. I didn't live tre location, a small courtyard with oriental mismatched ornaments and the service familiar and pretentious at tre same time

Open for more than thirty years the restaurant Gemelli is considered one of the "historical" of Lampedusa. The kitchen, from the more traditional Sicilian (spaghetti with sardines, swordfish rolls stuffed with grilled shellfish) to the most creative and sophisticated (crepes stuffed grouper creamy pasta with shrimp, grouper roulade stuffed with shellfish and vegetables), enhances the freshness of the raw material: the fish, the undisputed king of this wonderful island. The main dish is couscous, served with semolina cooked according to ancient recipe, vegetables and fish slice.
