Literally everything about this establishment was great. The atmosphere was incredibly charming, creating an authentic Austrian hut vibe, with cozy low ceilings and nice wooden walls and beams. They have local artwork that can be bought. The service was exceptional, where they really kept an eye on their guests and were incredibly friendly. Finally, the food was excellent. It is... More

Hus 8 A small house in Lech, you have to book in advance, but you will love it. Nice atmosphere, typical alpin style, perfect staff, and lovely Zwiebelrostbraten. Enjoying every visit there.

We had raclette for dinner and it was ok, but perhaps not quite value for the money. The dish was rather simple and the cost was 39 € per person. Have had better ones at home. But the dish was big, thought.

The environment of the restaurant is very nice and very warm. It takes you 100 years back in history. I took black pudding with potatoes. Was very dry and missing spices. Little bit disappointment based on all the noise made around this restaurant in Lech

Beautiful historic structure, but food is below average. Simple food for the price. Soup was the best item ordered.

Just arrived in this little town, and the Post Hotel recommended Hus Nr 8, so we walked over without reservations (it's the end of the season and a Thursday night). There was only a shared table available (ok with that), but we had to eat and be done by 8 pm (it was 6:45)... (ok with that). The meal of... More

Book a table as this is a small and popular eatery. We had the raclette for two which includes a green salad starter. In addition to cheese for the grill you also get potatoes and prosciutto and a side of pickles and pearl onions. We had a nice bottle of Sauvignon blanc. This restaurant also offered meat or cheese fondue... More
