The cuisine at Radio Cairo is sensational! I'm so sick of eating Italian, Thai etc in my local area and Radio Cairo offers a fusion of African, Moroccan and Egyptian flavours. So refreshing to go somewhere different. Food comes out quickly every time no matter how busy they are. The kitchen is exposed which I love because I can see... More

Friends took us here because it was one of their favourite restaurants, and I can see why. A blend of African, Cajun, Caribbean, Indian and East Asian cuisines, the owner clearly knows her food, and what works together. It's a popular venue, and it is best to book. The banquet is a fantastic deal (requires 4 people), and they don't... More

Went to dinner with wife and 17yo son after the movies. Good wine and beer list but you can BYO. Need to book. Suggest the buzzard chicken and lamb strip. For sides have Cous cous and the tomato salad. Good value dinner with pleasant and efficient service.

Radio Cairo is a bit of an icon in Cremorne. The staff here are great - very efficient but lots of personality with that. it's an eclectic menu of African and Asian influenced dishes that has heaps of flavour and great variety. We had some of the most tender lamb I've ever been served and tasty curries. Well worth going.

We were a group of 6 and were seated near the bar area, where there were other tables also. It was very noisy particularly with the music on top of a restaurant full of guests. The food is really flavoursome. Good quality, fresh, and nicely presented. Service was good, especially considering that the place was full. When we went to... More

As a get together for 4 people after the movies we found it quite enjoyable, service was quick and pleasant and the waitress was knowledgeable and friendly making suggestions. The food was served hot and quickly in good portion size with lots of flavour. The Beef and potato Curry was exceptional as were the crocodile wings (chicken) just enough spice.

A group of five of us visited on a Sunday evening. It was busy but service was efficient, staff were friendly. We chose a selection of starters and mains to share (we brought our own wine). Four entries and four mains (plus rice) was more than enough for us, but we still managed to get through three desserts. Overall the... More

Really nice place. Staff are great very knowledgeable on the menu and wine friendly and attentive. Food is terrific and great for sharing. Have been several times a loved everything I've had. Restaurant has a really nice interesting and lively vibe. Reasonably priced, BYO wine but they have a good selection if you don't. Wouldn't hesitation to recommend.

It would be 20 years since I last visited Radio Cairo and we were blown away once again with the service, the food and the ambience of this restaurant - what a pleasant surprise to find that it's still in the same place and that the standard is exactly as I remember it. The food is amazing, the flavours coming... More
